  1. Holy shit I fucking did it, it's fixed! However I tried so many things that I don't have idea what did the trick in the end. From the top of my head: -installed Zaz Animation Pack v8.0+ -Fixed DDA, DDI, DDX, DDC loading order -Run Load Order Optimisation Tool -Installed PapyrunUtil_v33 (overwriting sexlab) -Installed LoadGameCTD fix and Crash fixes (again!) -Installed Alternate Start -Reinstalled Devious Cursed Loot -Moved Devious Cursed Loot LAL Addon after Alternate Start -Disabled Devious Devices for Him -Created SKSE.ini with the follow: -Disabled Discord gaming overlay And probably a few more things I don't remember. Anyway thank you again for the help.
  2. Hey @Zaflis, thank you for the continuous support. About the loading order, you're right. Since DD 5.0 is all-in-one mod now, never crossed my mind that now I have to manually set it right because the installer does it the wrong. Alternate Start is only mandatory if you also install its respective plugin from DCL Those high res textures comes with the game and are pretty vanilla to be honest (my PC isn't that bad) DD for Him is DCL default option and you get a very scary warning if you disable it Anyway I'll try every suggestion possible since I'm completely out of ideas. Meanwhile would you be so kind to send me your load order? (Skyrim LE I hope?) I don't care if I have to download each mod you use, I just want it to work. Thank you again.
  3. None, just cbbe default options. I don't have any mod that is not strictly listed as mandatory by DCL and its dependencies, precisely to make it easy to debug. Now that you mentioned, I'm really curious about what is inside that inn. It would be a good clue to know why my game doesn't work.

  5. Hey Zaflis, thank you for the suggestion, but I'm afraid it's not the case. 1-I tried those mods before->Same problem. Then I went to super minimalist mod list to make debugging easier. 2-CrashFixes and LoadGameCTD are mostly to solve race conditions and such random issues, which is fine but not the case here. I'm having 100% consistent crash in the same quest, in the same stage, tested dozens of times. 3- Having both Racemenu and NiOverride was indeed an oversight, I excluded NiOverride and tried again -> Unfortunately same problem I set SKSE up the way I always did. Having played countless hours with previous DD and DCL version, I never had a problem. The problem started after I updated to the new version. So I deleted the whole game folder and installed everything from scratch, to no avail. Taking a wild guess, I would say something is missing from zaz animation pack (or whatever took its place nowadays) and it's not included in DD LE 5.0, nor in the list of required mods.

  8. Hey guys, let's have a little discussion about the current state of DDi gag mechanics, shall we? To give a little context; recently I decided to play Skyrim again with a bunch of new DD mods (Deviously Vanilla, Sexlab Survival, etc) Only this time I didn't install DCL, which has been standard for me for years. Then I noticed - since DCL overrides DDi gag behavior - how "broken" things are. Wearing a ballgag, I tried to interact with an npc: "Nope, I can't make out what you're saying. Are these even real words?" "Sorry, I have really no idea what you are trying to say. You need to get rid of your gag first." I tried again and again and again with the same result. So I wonder: "What a heck? So now gags completely hinder quest progress?" Then, using the Creation Kit, I inspected the dialogue conditions: If current follower faction -> enable talk If subject has 'zad_DialGagHard' keyword -> block dialogue unless player has 1 paper, 1 inkwell, 1 quill Paper and ink? I didn't even know that was a thing! I'm not against it. I mean it's better than not being able to interact at all. But it makes no sense if the player is wearing any form of heavy bondage. So it seems this "zad_DialGagHard" keyword is mostly used on ball gags. For the others we have: If player doesn't have 'zad_DialGagRandom' -> enable talk, otherwise 'gag talk minigame' For those who don't know, the 'gag talk minigame' is a mod I developed myself 6 years ago and, later on, got merged with DDi: https://github.com/DeviousDevices/DDi/issues/12 Based on several suggestions at the time, my idea was to create a mechanic which would become increasingly easier as the player progressed - in a sense the character 'got used being gagged' - so we could have the best of both worlds; all the kinky fun at the beginning, but without becoming an annoyance in the long-term. Thinking my mod got completely stripped away in the latest builds, I was happy to see that it's still there.. somehow. So my first question: 1) When/How does this 'zad_DialGagRandom' keyword trigger? I didn't find any more references for it anywhere. Then, further analyzing the code, I notice the minigame is almost the same, except for the very last condition: Enable player talk if player speechcraft < zadGagRNG(random integer) So, unless I misinterpreted it, now not only it's mostly based on RNG luck, which contradicts my whole initial idea - but also gets even harder as player progress!!! Since speedcraft naturally increases, it becomes increasingly unlikely to be less than the random number. So my second question: 2) Was it really intended to be like this? Or am I misinterpreting it? Please don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. I much prefer DDi be in continuous development, whatever it may lead, than an abandoned project. I'm just curious; Has anyone had a similar experience? What do you guys think about it?
  9. Oh nice! I'm looking forward to it. I feel you friend. I love Cursed Loot, but I also think it creates a very disruptive gameplay, and since I have the worst luck in videogames, for me it gets in the way of the fun. So I'm forced to tweak the options to the point where I basically choose when the random events will trigger. I'm also not a big fan of forced dialogues. So, in this case, maybe just a new dialog line would be enough? "(your follower look at you giggling)" or As an alternative asnwer to "What do you want for a reward?" -> "Ask your follower if he/she has anything on mind."
  10. I recently went back to play Skyrim and decided to give this mod a try and I wasn't disappointed.. The way this mod introduces these crazy ladies, the so called Lore-Mongers, is very fun and a well done invite to the world of kinkiness which DD provides, giving this mod an unique charm. After playing for quite a while, I would like to give my two cents. Please take them lighthearted, it's more like a random set of ideas than actually criticism, so please disregard any technical infeasibility or malfunction on my end. First I want to know more about each Lore-Mongers. So I would love to see in the future more backstory and/or a few unique quests, after you earn their trust (collect enough urns, vials, etc) Second the concept that your follower slowly gets excited to get the player into bondage (or the other way around) is always amusing and I believe it can be expanded and improved, Let the follower became more dominant every time the player do the struggle minigame, or even more if the player fails and ask the follower for help. Give the player more flavoured dialogue lines; instead of "Can you unlock me?" how about "By the divines it's so tight! I'm completly out of breath. Could you lend me a hand here friend? Also I would like to see more different reactions, how about the follower start timidly asking the player "Would you mind to stay tied just a little bit longer? You look so cute." then "I would like to see you struggling (minigame) first." then " Only if you let me touch you." (just foreplay), before going full dominant. About the whole process: Step 1 - Buy kinky restraint. Step 2 - Talk to your partner to take it. Step 3 - Ask your partner to put the restraint on you. It gets old.. very quickly. And I mean it in real life! It works in the beginning, but the partner (or follower in this case) better develop some initiative after a while. So new interactions would be nice. For example: inside the lore-monger shop, the follower could challenge the player to wear "a few" itens and go to the nearest major city. The player could accept the challenge and immediately try to get free, or comply and exposed herself, for which the follower could tease the player even more "I don't believe you actually did it! Aren't you ashamed? Then I guess you can keep them." The option "Could tie me up?" could get progressively more intense, as the follower gets more and more dominant, starting with just a rope armbinder, then plus a body harness and tape gag, then finally a full body tie with gag and blindfold. Other restraints (garbs, prison, restrictive, riding, rubber and ritual) could be randomly choosed as a surprise outcome if the player accepted at some point 'to lend the follower some gold' or doing a specific quest. I also would like to see more dialogue options for the Jailmasters such as: the player could be asked to "test" the effectiveness of the prison restraints and even spend a full day in jail (no bounty) where the player is free to try lockpicking her way out. Anyway, as I said before, these are just random ideas, feel free to ignore them. And keep up the good work!
  11. Some praising is deserved. I must say I loved the new rope restraints, a big thanks to all involved. Also, I don't know if this was intentional, I couldn't help but notice how the new karada rope fits perfectly with the armbinder and harness collar;
  12. @Laura 'Lokomootje' I just played your mod last update and I must say; I loved. My favorite quest so far was "Blending In", I love these kind of 'puzzle' bondage games. Honorable mention to the funny 27 slave. She is a nice counterbalance to otherwise too heavy subjects like slavery, and I'm looking forward to see more characters like her in the future. Also loved Sirrina's yoke.. there is this joy in Skyrim to collect unique itens, and being restraints just make it even better ?. Thanks for your hard work. If you like some suggestions, I would say maybe a few more kinky alternative endings, like being able to choose other rewards instead of just gold. For example being able to choose to buy that straitjacket from the slavers and so on. For some reason I always imagined Laura as one of those pushy saleswomen who don't get a rest until you buy some of her goods, and this could lead to some funny interactions. ? Anyway thanks again for this great mod. @everyone~ Just a small curiosity; what are those messages on the top of the screen about: "your wrist restraints doesn't hurt so much anymore", "you're getting used to be tied up", etc. Is this a new DD thing that I'm not aware? Does this has any effect or is it just 'cosmetic'?
  13. Could you please, for the next version, split the file? So, at least, I don't have to wait half a day with my download stuck at 96%. This way I could even restart my modem, get a new IP and instantly download the other part. And sorry about the VPN idea, but in Brazil using a free VPN to donwload from another continent isn't viable.
  14. Please, I would like to request alternatives for downloading the mod, since in my country MEGA download quota is limited to 400Mb ( 419430400 Bytes ) being not logged in, and 1500MB ( 1572864000 Bytes) for free accounts. At very least could you split the file into two parts?
