@Machiavelique you can pretty much trust anything done by @Odessa to be very fleshed out and complex. This was easily one of my favourite mods for SO, and I even helped contribute to it with the last quest. There's a few other gems hidden about that could do with some love as well. Feel free to DM me if you'd like some input there, I've been here a while...
