    You can have a total of 254 other plugins besides skyrim.esm. Adding in the update.esm and excluding DLCs, there's a max of 253 extra esps or esm files you can have. Just deactivate some.

    For starters, TCRA has to be above the races. Second thing is that you probably aren't using the right skeleton. The Kerran Sha'rr and the Demoness(maybe? someone correct me on this.) require the beast type skeleton. You just go into your skyrim>data>Meshes>actor>Character>character assets female. Copy your Skeleton_female.nif file to somewhere else just in case, then copy and paste your skeletonbeast_female.nif and rename it to skeleton_female.nif tl;dr: 1. go to character assets female folder (skyrim>data>Meshes>actor>Character>character assets female) 2. Back up your skeleon_female.nif somewhere 3. Copypaste your skeletonbeast_female.nif file in the character assets female folder. 4. Rename the copy skeleton_female.nif and leave the original as the same name. after doing this successfully, it should work properly.

    So I have a small question. I usually play using the Lovergirl's race, and it's racial power is a calm effect. Normally when I use it, it doesn't trigger the sex event. Is that intentional, a problem with my game, or just something not part of the mod?

    I would call it ironic and very much getting into character (albeit too much into character) if you pirate the game. But yeah, more on topic: It's a really good game. Buy it.

    I have a backup on my comp of every mod I've ever downloaded basically. It's just a matter of remembering what's in them lol.

    You have to craft the potion to be invisible. Or use the console to spawn it to your inventory. That's what causes it
