Just to make perfectly clear. You're using MO2 for the special edition, correct? As if you're playing original Skyrim then you're far better of using the already made original MO and not MO2 since that was only really made specifically for the SE of Skyrim (64 bit) and was since abandoned because its developer got hired to work on the new NMM, but not sure if it got picked back up again by someone else and completed as i don't really follow it much. From the looks of your folder path it appears like you're using original Skyrim (32 bit) with MO2?

You should look at it like this;

Skyrim Special Edition(64 bit) - MO2 or NMM SE

Original Skyrim (32 bit) - MO or NMM

I'd suggest using the original Skyrim and MO currently since it has much more content and the tools are more reliable than the SE tools as they're still very early in development and prone to crashing a lot, although you would benefit from playing on the 64 bit version of Skyrim SE i feel it's not quite there yet. I'm personally waiting for SE to catch up with original in terms of content and that'll probably take a long time and even then some modders left Skyrim a long time ago and may never convert their mods over to SE. The 32 bit original version of Skyrim is prone to crashing a lot, but personally i feel that a lot of crashes are the result of bad modding/load order. (Human error is always the cause in my experience.)

If i have in fact got the wrong end of the stick then i'll at least answer your question on how to install/run FNIS as i couldn't imagine MO and MO2 would be any different from each other.

Spoiler

1. Download FNIS SE or FNIS depending on what Skyrim you're using. (You can also download the optional creature pack as well if you're looking for creature relations.)

2. In MO2 or MO Click the little file with the disc in front of it and navigate to your FNIS SE/FNIS.(zip/rar/7z) file. (You can also download these file with the NMM link, but i've had trouble with that and heard it stopped working for MO. If it does in-fact still work then your mods will show up in the downloads tab to the right of MO2/MO)

3. Do the same thing with the creatures one if you decided to download that too and make sure it is below the main FNIS file on your load order.

4. With those installed, go to the data tab in MO2/MO and scroll down to "tools" > GenerateFNIS_for_Users > Right click the "GenerateFNISforUsers.exe" and select "Add as executable" Now it should be in your little list with SKSE, Skyrim, Skyrim Launcer and now GenerateFNISforUsers.

5. Run that program and tick the first two boxes. (GENDER Specific Animations and SKELETON Arm Fix) (Not sure if this is different for FNIS SE or not.)

6. Click "Update FNIS Behavior" after that's finished click "consistence check" to see if you have any errors. (You shouldn't)

7. This will dump a bunch of files into your "Overwrite" folder so just right click on the overwrite folder and select "Create mod" and name the mode something like "FNIS Behaviors", tick it and put it under your Creatures FNIS mod.

8. Whenever you run FNIS from now on and it makes these files, you should always open up the overwrite folder, drag and drop all the files to your "FNIS Behaviors" folder/mod.

Run LOOT or press the little "sort" button on the plugins tab to sort your mods on the right hand side.

I personally don't use MO2 so maybe you can in fact use it with Skyrim and it's completely different than MO. If that is indeed the case then maybe someone with more knowledge on the specific subject will come a long and help. Usually frozen animation with voice means you either didn't run FNIS or didn't register Skyrim sexlabs/animations.

I am guessing that you have not used mo for oldrim? If you have then the setup for fnis and such is pretty much the same for mo2 as it was for mo, just take into account the paths and such.

The steps guide here http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Mod_Organizer scroll down to the third party programs section will pretty much sort you for installing fnis and such, though gophers videos guides will also work if you prefer those sort of guides.

There is also this guide which covers both nmm and mo2 installs for sse https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2846

Your best would be start up mo2, grab a big mug of coffee, tea or whatever and have a read through them, chances are you are not too far off what you need doing

But for the most part try this fire up mo2, click on the data tab on the right side of the screen from there scroll down till you find the tools directory, click on that which should show two folders on called fnis for users, click on that directory, which should then show a few files, one of which should be generatefnisforuses.exe, select that file then right click and on the list of choices select add as executable, that will pull up a box asking for a name, just click on ok and you should be good to go.

That apparently did nothing, but if you click on the drop down box to the left of the run button, and possibly need to scroll down there should now be a option called generatefnisforusers, select that and now hit run, and it should then pull up the fnis options screen, where you pick patches and such, from there select any patches for mods you have, possibly only the one you might want would be the gender specific animations and the skeleton arm fix, even they may not be needed.

Now click on the update fnis behaviour button, first time you do this it may well spit out an error message, or it does for me, no problem just run fnis again, it should have remembered all the option you ticked and just click the update button again, it should now run, wait till it finishes, now there should be some files in your overwrite folder, right click on the overwrite and there should be an option to create a new mod out of it, do so and name it something like fnis output.

Tick the box next to this new mod, it should be pretty much the bottom of your left pane, about the only thing I tend to have below that is the meshes generated by bodyslide.

Pretty much identical in how they work, and mo2 has just been updated, just not by tannin, there are currently about 3-4 or more people working on it.
