these things are copyrighted, without the permission of the game developer, is a porting to Skyrim not possible!

So far I've seen it ported to Fallout 4 on GUNetwork. Your best bet is either go and ask for Skyrim port there or take the F4 version, dismantle it and do the porting work yourself.

Technically - converting it from FO4 to Skyrim is no problem but we need original textures, not from FO4,as dx11 have different texture format.

it is so easy, only a very small question, may I your stuff *copy, convert, use*  to make others happy.

I've been master of about more than half a million of copyrights (photos, paintings, pics and text) for more than 25 years and I tell you: It ain't that easy.  

 

If you can't prove that it is a copy of your stuff, you have a big problem. How many verticels of a model must be identical? 50% is not enough, at least 70% you shoud have, to win. How many colors must be the same, and what happens if they only are nearly the same. We have 256.000 coulors on a normal pc. Ok there is the total impression on the colour design, so you have to be careful with colours.

 

So if I work with sliders in Racemenu or ECE till it looks like .... take skin textures and eyes from someone else or do it myself, it is my work and you can't win cause it is not copy and paste.

 

To stay in your car example: VW invented with "Golf" the three doors car with transversely mounted front engine and front wheel drive. You know how many cars use this prinzip nowerdays. Nearly all. It wasn't that big idea. Every single Part was used before.

in some ways you are right, one develops something, everyone else is copying it, because this invention benefits everyone, but certainly with permission.
ever heard of patent law, each the copyists, is obliged  the inventor, shares of his profits to pay.
an inventor deserves money from everyone else.
at Horizon Zero Dawn the situation is a little bit different, this game was developed exclusively for the PS4, for no other system, everything in the game, is exclusive.
so if you modify these weapons and armor yourself, then allowed these, not have the same appearance, something always has to be different.
This is the specialty of Asian copiers, There called Adidas Shoes easy Abibas.

In the matter of  converting others works, there is a simple rule - credits to original authors by beautiful epithets and redesign inspired object by your ideas,and NEVER sell it  That way, you honor the people, who created that original work and let them know, that they inspire many others to develop something,starting from small to greatest things.

I agree, that  people who sell other's work and not their original ideas, [ to support on the favored subject material ]  must be banned from any game dedicated site.
