Player Slave Encounters Version 0.63 (Updated 10 Mar 13)

Hello again everyone!

 

   Noticed something that may cause an issue regarding the new NPC and "Rough Justice"

 

 

After the Justicar handed me over to a citizen for indentured servitude, the citizen went about her daily business and eventually went home for the evening.

At this point, she is actually following me around her house asking me to leave, but I am still enslaved to her, and so I can't leave. This seems to be preventing her from going about her daily routine, and possibly also from freeing me.

After reading through the thread, I noticed that each "use" should lower my bounty by 200 septims. I checked on the bounty, and my current bounty is at 0. And due to this being a scenario, not a random enslavement, the escape minigame is disabled (i get a message stating "You cannot escape at this moment).

 

 

I do have a save I can revert to to avoid the situation, so no worries there. Just wanted to make sure the powers that be were aware of this and could look into it. May not even be a problem in truth. but I still thought it best to let you know.

Got two questions about this mod

 

How long does it take for your character to get processed when they're at the slaver camp?

 

And can you just use the wait command to wait that time?

 

Sorry if the last question doesn't make much sense, couldn't think how to word it. any clarification would be great.

Daemionzero: If you are sent for indentured servitude then you will get a sentence in days rather than uses. You work off 4000 a day. Your owner should not complain though as I set it so your current cell is non-trespass. Do they call the guard/start a fight or just complain once or twice? The release script runs seperately so you should still be released on schedule.

While under Rough Justice a player's bounty is always zero (otherwise the guard keep trying to arrest you). It is stored in the RJ code itself.

 

Kpnut: You are trained five times or until your willpower has collapsed whichever is sooner. You cannot wait out the time.

 

Solidsnake: The AddOns are placed in the relevant folder (Meshes/Sound/Textures) in your Data folder. The external is easier as it has less files to play with.

She keeps repeating "I need you to leave now.", but hasn't called the guard or gone hostile. if I had to venture a guess, I'd say she's said it to me at least 6 or 7 times thus far. I'll play it through and see if that changes.

 

Maybe it's the game trying to show that she's ticked off that I'm keeping her up all night? Her damn fault anyway :P

I updated from v.59 to 62 and installed OBSE 21, but the sleep encounters are still broken, suggestions?

 

Try starting the game, casting the spell, waiting for 48 hours or spending some time (5 or 6 mins) ingame (I don't know which it is), saving the game, exit the game, reload the game. That caused it to work for me.

 Pehaps if her  disposition was  high enough she would not ask you to leave.Mayne you could use the console change her disposition towards you / and or give yourself a heap of gold player.additem 0000000f 20000 then bribe her if u can start the disposition mini game in conversation  to raise her disposition.Just a guess you might try

ok what do i do with all these files? am i suppose to build the mod package out of them?

 

or install them all one by one?

its seems a bit daughting when you see all those files :(

yes build the mod package out of them , no dont install one by one.

In other words the texture1.7z bone is conected to the ... :)

 

 

At the bottom of post #1 you will see a heap of files like textures1.7z, textures2.7z etc.Download em all, as well as the addons (near the top of post 1).If you dont use deadly reflex dont bother with the files with deadly reflex in its name.

     

This is what I would do  create a folder PSE, within that a folder 0.62, and within the 0.62  folder 0.62install and arch .Dump all the files you downloaded in arch.Then copy all the files cept addons from arch into your 0.62install folder.

     

Now unarchive all the meshesx.7z files and merge all the meshes into one folder meshes.Now delete meshes1 , meshes2 etc and the meshesx.7z archives in your 0.62install  folder.Leaving you with a single  meshes folder meshes.Repear for textures.Sound when archive becomes Sound-copy or something like that

rename to get rid of - copy from its name.So eventually in 0.62 you would have a single meshes,sound, textures folder.Rename the esp, just get rid of the version  so its just PlayerSlaveEncounters.espThe boobies stock I think is a nif i just dumped it in meshes(not sure exactly where it goes but it seem ok there)

 

Ok so you have not created a folder with the "core files". now you need to get the addons from your arch folder dump  it somewheres and merge those files with the meshes and textures in your 0.62 install folder.Yust say yes if win ask you if its ok to merge, and select copy and relace when merging.

 

I only copy from my arch folder so if i mess up and or get confused I just delete the stuff from my 0.62 install folder and start again

 

use the mod manager of you choise to install 0.62 install

 

I usually do a clean install

Completely stuck on what I think may be the start of Hello Sailor

 

I sleep outside and then get teleported to a room with 4 NPCs in it two of them don't do anything but the other two start attacking me, I have no idea why or what I'm supposed to do.

Managed to get it working, didn't know I needed slave mode to be on for the quest to work

Having trouble myself with sleep victims. Setting to 1 or 4 as described a few posts ago ("set ichsq02roughstreets.sleepvictim to 1" (or 4)) Neither seems to do anything. Rest of mod seems to work at the moment. I'll give the save/wait thing a go and see what happens. Regardless, still an amazing mod, I'm sure you'll figure out whats going on! Keep up the mint work!

CFS: Thank you. Hope the save thing works. Deleting the last pluggy save file worked for someone at least.

I'm on OBSE21 as well, but it wasn't working. Haven't had a chance to check save/wait yet. What exactly do you mean by pluggy save? I have the latest version from Nexus (125c I believe?) In my oblivion saves folder, there's a .ess, which I'm pretty sure is the 'vanilla' save, and a .obse. I tried deleting an OBSE before, and now whenever I load that save my character just gets knocked down, oof and all, then freezes. The only other types I have are obse.bak and .bak

 

Regardless I'll be trying the save/wait soon!

 

Load order, if it makes any difference. I only finished reinstalling recently, so it's a bit bare!

Edit: No such luck with the waiting/save, though sleepvictims to 1 now works, it summons a slave trader and everything. 4 appears to do nothing. Is it instant as well? Guess there's no other way to trigger Sailor? Would love to test it out, but I can wait til another version hopefully fixes it :D

CFS: You should have three save files for each .ess, .obse and .pluggy. Do you have OBSE_Elys_Pluggy files in your Data\OBSE\PlugIns\ folder? I think the .pluggy saves relates to those pluggy files. Someone with better knowledge of these matters could confirm.

 

Realised I did not put that in OP requirements. Been so long since I set up my Oblivion, I forgot it existed. Not sure if MenuQue is needed either. Slung my set up together on blind luck mostly. I think MenuQue and Elys_Pluggy files are on the Nexus.

Yup, there's a OBSE_Elys_Pluggy .dll, .dlx & .log ,as well as USV, guessing that's Universal Silent Voice.

Don't have MenuQue at the moment, but everything else seems to work fine. Is there any console command or anything that I can use to ensure pluggy is running correctly?

Will install MenuQue and report back, but I don't know why I don't have .pluggy's of my saves.

I am guessing that the pluggy saves come from Elys_Pluggy. Not sure why you would not get them if so. I could be completely wrong.

No luck with MenuQue, sleepvictim 4 still doesn't work. Ah well, c'est la vie with mods :D

 

Just a curiosity, but I did sleepvictim 1, a slave trader appeared, enslaved me instantly, then was dispatched by Chorrol guards. One of the guards became my new Master. I thought they were supposed to free you? It's probably just a bug because of a console command, or maybe even because the trader never even got to talk to me, but I just thought you should know. 

 

Anyway, cheers for the help Ichabod, and cheers for the mod :) Gonna try and play Pelham, hopefully I don't have the weird maid costume effect anymore.

 When I updated to OBSE21 I updated pluggy to  dev 132 also.

 I run PSE below LBitch and above LoversCreatures in my load order. (LBitch with wild companions toggled off)

I then started a new game and had no problems with sleep enslavement.

If you are using LoverswPK rev96v2, LoversFSE is not needed.

These are just suggestions and not guarantees.

Hello Again, everyone!

 

   Recently ran afoul of the Burglar from Rough Streets. Just wanted to know before I start hunting through the bandit hideouts if there is any time limit on retrieving your gear. Was a little concerned that if the container is set to respawn I may miss my chance before I find the correct dungeon.

P.S. Ichabod - You were correct on the indentured servitude thing. Guards were never called, but the owner did keep asking me to leave. So it just meant a lot of time wandering around her living room :P

Updating to Pluggy 132 seems to have worked! Thanks Mem, you're my new favourite person :D

Still pretty weird, when I use "set ichsq02roughstreets.sleepvictim to 4" in say, Chorrol, I then have to fast travel to Imperial City, enter it again, then I get teleported and it seems to begin.

 

Speaking of Hello Sailor, whats with that opening? Kinda morbid man! Any tips for the spoon thing? I've tried just pressing and I've tried holding but neither seem great. Maybe just me, but an option in the future to skip past that would be amazing, really not a fan of the hanging, or the choking noise that comes with it. Also the Madame is kinda hunched over, like she's trying not to pee or something. Now I think of it, it may be the embarrassed pose from Estrus. That meant to happen at all? Still seems to work fine, just looks a little weird!

 

Regardless of my whining, can't wait to try it out, assuming I pass the spoon thing!

 

EDIT: Seems to also work if i put the command in, wait an hour, then reenter. Has to be put in twice over all though. And sometimes the Madame/Lilly are in that pose, sometimes not, really weird. Passed the spoon thing alright, just had to hold until the notification went. Can't wait to explore more, though apparently I'm missing POS#130, oddly.

Glad you are rolling along now CFS.

That pose sounds like it comes from Nudeshy or something like it.

You will find a few dark moments scattered throughout this mod. Not a huge amount but I try to cater for most. Hello Sailor is the only one you have to go through currently (the others you can just reload when they kick off).

You can find any missing positions in The Daedra Sutra.

 

Daemionzero: I tested the burglar chests myself and they seem fine. They do not respawn, so you have all the time you need to root round the various caves.

One request I have would be to make the time between rapes when the PC is chained to the bed I hello sailor shorter. It strikes me odd that the customers rape the PC, then go out to ramble to each other endlessly before resuming to rape, rinse and repeat 20 to 30 times for a boredom nightmare ....

 

 

On the subject of pluggy saves. Pluggy v128 is the last version that uses '.pluggy' saves. Pluggy v129 and up deprecated that feature and uses '.obse' saves only. I don't know how that would affect this mod though.
