Not sure is it maybe from halofarms aether suites? It has a bunch of places to take screenshots at in it. I have never used it but I know there is a school setting in it.

No. And aether suite I do not like, it's modern and there is not that kind of place in aether suite like luxury palace. The person answered me =)

Can't translate the readme. Anyone know what language it is? Google said Albanian, but, I think that's wrong. I was rebuilding my Skyrim anyway so I'll try it out.

There apparently is an English translation but it appears to have been removed from baidu.

 

There's another link on 3dmgame but the password is locked behind a registration wall which requires a Chinese mobile number to access. Go figure.

This is another world, or at least nothing like Skyrim. I see custom assets everywhere in this and the world-space looks huge on the very good map. Might have stumbled onto a real gem here! Thanks for the info and links Fallenmoon and Onesumgame.

Here's a pic. Lod isn't that great in the shot. It's the Alik'r Desert in case that wasn't obvious and it is HUGE- about half the size of Skyrim or so. Everything seems fully nav-meshed though. You face hordes of enemies that are NOT leveled - they start at level 20-25! My level 4 character and two companions got there asses handed to them in one battle outnumbered 3 to 1. -

Nice screenshot. I wonder if the mod is still being developed. It has a lot of potential. The lighting needs some tweaking because even with the midday sun actors and objects seem dark and cast in shadow, and I use a very bright ENB.

Thanks^^. How do think a mod of this size went unnoticed for so long? This mod easily ranks in the top 5 new land mods for Skyrim. Your right about the lighting, noticed that while walking in the glare of the sun- went and got facelight to compensate. ENB adjustments don't help that much? I would really like to trace this to it's original upload and authors. It is very well made from what I've seen so far! Lot's of potential indeed!

It was never uploaded here or to Nexus which probably explains why we are discovering it for the first time, and this makes me wonder how many other mods the Asian modding community have kept for themselves 

 

Mods like this are extremely ambitious for a single person to undertake. This is something that probably requires a team of modders.

 

It also needs to compete with other "new world" mods that are actually complete and playable from beginning to end like this one:

... and to answer your second question, no, I use one of the brightest ENBs I could find (True Vision) and this place is very dark.

Your comparing it to one of the best new land/quests mods that we have. I came across a large new world mod a few days ago that was lacking ANY quests whatsoever. The author asked for help, but, apparently got none or too little and they gave permission to anyone wanting to take it over and continue. It's too bad to see that wasted potential like that mod. This has some radiant quests at least and the land and enemies are more interesting than most. The nav-mesh work is very thorough- even the water is done in most places! Could drop a "main" quest in there with permissions- if I knew anything about scripting. Guess I could always start learning. This also makes me wonder what other mods from the East we've been missing.

You might have misread what I wrote. I wanted to know the exact location or name of this *palace*, not the place.

 

And thanks, but you'll have to google them to find download links. Otherwise I know a few sites that I browse frequently to find new outfits, if you're interested.

I've started a little project to change some things in this mod. Specifically, I want to change the looks of npcs, their clothing and armor, add some of Mihail's monsters and creatures for some variety. What I have planned will take some time, but, I intend to release it to compliment this great mod when I feel it is completed. The main obstacle is obtaining permissions to use assets from other's mods. I might also try to clean up the broken English dialogue as well.

I've played this mod a few months ago and completed the first 2 chapters. There is also a plugin that give you an item to teleport you to all the locations in this mod, including those that are hidden, but since that plugin was made by someone else and it actually broke the main quest, so I'd say use it only after you complete the story. However, I believe I discovered all the locations and never seen somewhere like this.

 

Edit: 

Before anyone proves it, I'd say the screenshots are NOT from World of Rudra, there are no places like this in all 5 lands. Yes, I spent hours explore every locations I can find. Unless the screenshots come from the author himself with the new created assests.
