PS: PS: level 5 and 6 there are slots C and D ? The multiple values at each level are simply there to allow you to have CSL remove items covering more than one slot at that level. So for example if you want your left leg armor and right leg armor removed at damage level 3 then put the indexes for the right and left leg body slots into A and B at level 3. If you don't have anything else you want removed at a particular level, simply set those additional sliders to -1. 1

I think I've understood the system now and set my settings correctly. However, my char capitulates before the strip takes place, even though the integration is set to level 6 - so I must be doing something wrong after all I'm now testing clothes of the commonwealt overboss short alt - Overboss in body (not torso) on 3, together with vtaw 5 stockings for HH (slot 18 right leg). vtaw 6 gloves on right and left hand (3+4), vtaw 6 belt on slot 14 (left leg) and vtaws 6 neck 2 on level 5 slot C with 25. I use random strip with Violate surrender and they integrate well. Violate checks a CSL global variable that counts total number of damaged body parts. So the order of damage shouldn't matter.

I generally like to lose my clothes in a specific order, but it's good to know I can change things up with that option at some point if I want.

I entered the slots minus 30, set all free ones to -1 - but not a single piece of clothing is stripped. what can be the reason? here are my clothes, the settings and a short list of the clothes with the slots that my actress prefers. In theory, any hit you take after that should strip one of the six damage levels.

Are you testing on an existing long-running save, or from a new playthrough?

Check the Papyrus log from the session where you were being hit, to see if there may be any related errors.

It essentially forces a stacks-based surrender over purely health surrender, and also reduces accidental deaths to basically zero. The main downside is that you will be immortal versus invalid aggressor races. For example, sentry bots cannot initiate an AAF scene regardless of settings. So if they're the only enemy, you won't be able to surrender, and since you're immortal, they can't kill you either. 1

I see some debug notifications in the scripts, which I recall the mod displaying when I play, though I'm not in a position to test it at the moment. Do you get any notifications on screen from CSL?

In fact, once that was added to Violate, I started using it myself, and I do in fact set it to surrender at 4 damage levels (though I only set up stripping in CSL for 5 levels anyway and just make the 6th level all -1). 1

Do be sure you test with a new playthrough, not only from an existing modded save, in case you've got removed script mods or other lingering issues in your save which is preventing CSL's scripts from starting or running.

I haven't gotten any further. If I've tested the current game and/or started a new game, then I'll report back to the thread
deathmorph Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 the solution was the last step. I just had to install CSL clean again. in the course of the game there seems to have come a point where csl no longer initializes itself. everything is working fine now and thank you for your help and patience.

When you reach a given damage level, everything covering the indicated slots for that level is removed together.

I have no idea what you mean by this. Heels (shoes) typically cover the "body" slot, which is biped slot 3. If you can be more specific with your question, it may help.
deathmorph Posted April 9, 2022 Posted April 9, 2022 I wanted to logically associate shoes with leg slots. That the HH will strip when left or right leg is hit. But maybe I've made a mistake and I haven't fully understood the system behind the mod.
