Nini stated in their patreon that they use ECE head mesh, most likely imported into racemenu to sculpt the eyes and lips..... so lol.....

they use pure skin texture with the head texture compressed to hell. the body texture is also pure skin but just recolored.

 

but in the end I recommend custom making your own characters and finding what you like

so i was right, despite what the ones that "see" the difference were saying:smiley:

racemenu sculpt mode... not better than ece vertex editor... went back to blender

had that to do to remove collar anyway

if you want a smoother head, there's no need to download ran head or mess with sculpt mode

there's some higher poly head available

Cute and perfectly round are two completely different things, as you peruse of any of the 4chan tumblr waifu club heads that are public, you'll find they're SUPER KAWAII!!!!!11111unouno because that ole 900 vert head is now a 3400 vert head courtesy of Halofarm, and has been for a year and change, and no amount of Korean RRC ECE magic can make more polygons magically conjure themselves into existence.

you think that's the femalehead.nif of your skyrim.bsa above?

 

on the left it's doa marie rose head (2500 verticles)

on the right it's a subdivide of femalehead.nif (3600 verticles)

 

ladyhead from the russian, it's much older than citrus

there's another one on russian forum, couldn't get it to check it

that one (there's some topics about it here, don't check chinese sites, if it's chinese)

don't think he have edit the head manually for that orc nose, result... look like difference between base shape and orc nose applied on his base shape

no idea what they use for that

but you can make those witcher followers and the others speak doing the same

broken nose it's one verticle above the ones near in malehead.tri

maleheaddarkelf jaw is thinner, not the mouth (hole between jaw and mouth on a lot of elves, same for females)

some cheeks edit the eyes, but there's no cheeks morph in the eye tri (gap between head and eye)

nose up with lips down, that suck (it was worse in oblivion)

etc etc

 

lot of stuff to edit to generate less monsters with crap kit (making your char look good, if the npc suck...)

You want a "cute" face? You need to spend hours and hours doing trial and error in racemenu over time. A hint, get that jaw height slider going up because skyrim starts you off with a serious case of man jaw and no amount of tweaks will get a nice character when you have that galring block. Actually Lunari race has a good base feminine head to work with as a template.
