Its because you don't need to convert it. It will automatically use bodyslide from main cbbe bodyslide. So for instance if you build bodyslide for your body on the normal vanilla clothing in skyrim you will notice they now have bodyslide as well.

So I have hit a wall converting this armor: Skimpy Another Vampire Leather Armor

 

This is my first attempt at conversions and I am not having great luck I am afraid. Originally a UUNP armor for Oldrim it had a CBBE patch (oldrim) but I am not skilled enough to get it working for SE. I am using outfit studio and the "Convert: UNPB to CBBE" template and overwriting the original files after fixing clipping,

Was looking to see if anybody would be able to convert an outfit to Skyrim SE CBBE? It's an outfit from Oldrim and is CBBE HDT so if at all possible I'd like to use it in SE.

Not too sure but you may have problems if you are intending to post cbbe bodyslide conversions of that as from what I remember @kendo2 does not permit cbbe conversions, uunp yes but not cbbe.  Take a look at the disclaimer here https://nsfwmods.com/forums/topic/156-kendo2s-alice-in-wunderland-outfits/
