Cheating hmm.... you can try but faster you catch banana  (get banned) not a costume in thats way. This game not for day or month but for years and need to be very lucky with SSR costumes

The Gacha Demist mod enables overrides on "ib" & "vb0" hashes for the shader that is coincidentally also used by the ribbon. But the gacha demist mod doesn't target the ribbon on it's own.

There may be another mod that skips the "ib" or "vb0" hash of the ribbon - by chance some elements share the same hash, usually the "ib"

You can try using windows explorer to search ini files for the ribbon's "ib" & "vb0" hashes "a2f334c5" & "e7872026" respectively.

 

in your mods folder, in the search bar enter:

ext:.ini a2f334c5 OR e7872026

 

Hopefully the results show you a mod that can be fixed.

まさかGacha Demist modが原因だったとは思いませんでした。

私の知識ではこちらの方法を試すにはスキルが足りないようだったので、krunkDunkさんがアップロードされていた

Gacha_Demist. 2022-09-08 (1.1.1)を試させていただいたところ、リボンが表示されました！

私が今まで使っていたGacha_Demistは湯煙が全く表示されないもので、そちらによる影響があったのかもしれません。

(たしか色々な製作者さんたちのMODを独自に組み合わせてカスタマイズしたものです)

I never thought that Gacha Demist mod was the cause.

In my knowledge, it seemed that I lacked the skill to try this method, so when I tried Gacha_Demist. 2022-09-08 (1.1.1) uploaded by krunkDunk, the ribbon appeared. It's been done!

The Gacha_Demist I've been using so far doesn't display steam at all, so it may have been affected by that.

I need a little help, I don't think I've seen this issue mentioned before.

Sometimes I'm doing something wrong when transferring weights to bodies, the TEXCOORD values copy, but not the UV maps themselves, resulting in this:

I noticed the nails need to be replaced in some mods but not others, since this one needs nail replacing, is that only on swimsuits that don't have toenails?

So is the problem that I need to add fingernails? or is it a Blender issue?

Selected mesh on the left is the original, and has all the UV maps

 

Selected mesh on the right is the mod body, after mesh/weight transfer. It inherits everything except for UV maps

I've gotten the hang of editing clothes and bodies a little, deleting vertices, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong/not doing here, I tried copying the UV Maps in object mode but it says the geometry has to be exact...

if someone can point me to a tutorial on transferring/copying UV Maps successfully when modding in 3dmigoto or DX11 games I'd be very grateful, cause it seems to happen especially with xps models which I'd like to use for CC stuff. I want to make better bodies for multiple variations on mods, so the mesh of clothing doesn't poke through clothes...

 

Also, ever since I started importing dumps, I've had this problem where the resulting import's head will sink inside the girls' torso, both with and without loading the VS-CB2. Is there an option I gotta enable to fix the way it's imported until I can figure out how to center objects automatically? I usually still rely on manual mesh moving which is not ideal, especially for hair modding...

To be sure you combine an un-modded mesh and a nude mesh correctly...

1. Check if your nude mesh actually has 4 UV maps, if not we can share some with you or use a nude mesh from someone's square bikini mod.

2. Join the mesh objects (Ctrl + J), both of their UVs from of their existing geometry should be combined in each of the UV maps.

 - it doesn't matter which is the selected object and which is the active object.

3. 99% of the time you shouldn't need or want to do any UV unwrapping on the body. But if you do, you should pin all of the vertices except where the meshes are joined... changing UVs will distort the skin texture and especially the nipples if you aren't careful.

 

KuroKaze posted a guide for [ Fixing Seam Normals ] for CC, and some of the techniques will give you good results when applied in general for non-CC mods too.

 

When exporting a body mesh, results may improve if you have a specific UV map selected. This is old information from guy who first made the meshes with extra UV islands for hi-res nipples on Common & Marie body.

Common : TEXCOORD.zw

Honoka : TEXCOORD1.xy

Marie : TEXCOORD.xy (I don't think it makes a difference which UV map is selected for this body)

 

Lastly, in a mod .ini it's important to specify the body's textureoverride section "match_first_index = 0" (or the first_index that it has in Blender) in particular for Honoka body types. Otherwise the "wet texture" displays incorrectly.

I have a question, maybe not entirely related to modding, namely I got tired of cleaning the disk every few days to run DOAXVV, so I invested in a larger SSD + additional RAM to make the game run better and work better in blender, and I don't know if it's thanks to new parts, a clean system or a small amount of mods (I only uploaded my own for now) but the game runs ultra smooth now and I don't even need to have ALT permanently turned on.
But when I entered the Owner Room, the game slowed down so much that even holding ALT didn't help, playing a match with 4 girls on the screen didn't slow down the game either, so after looking at the owner room I noticed that the video panel didn't work, and after removing it the game sped up . It's not a huge problem, but has anyone else experienced this? Can it be fixed somehow?

 

And one more thing, I've been playing with mods for so long that I've forgotten what the game looks like without them and it surprised me a bit

has it really always looked like this? I mean blurred background because I only remember sharp ones

 

Edit: And yet, after uploading the rest of the mods, slow mode turned on and I have to hold ALT again, it's probably not a specific mod, just when you exceed a certain number of them, the game slows down, but why does it speed up again after pressing ALT

This happens to me too, mostly when the character hasn't loaded yet and I click the home button

Thank you @krunkDunk, I'll check the kurokaze guide again and will try using your square bikini meshes, and specify the body's index, I thought it wasn't necessary for the body! Honoka meshes will be the end of me and now I see why there's so few R swaps/cc mods for those bodies.

 

Also @Yorom @imexis77, my computer is practically a brick but I don't usually have owner room problems like you guys mention, my game slows the most during matches, especially if more than 1 girl has a suit with particle effects. As for owner room, it's only after remodeling it a lot and going in and out of photo mode to get different angles that the game will crash when saving the layout, or exiting owner room, every time without fail.

Steam is a trash or other words Steam itself laging a game. On DMM I have much much more mods and I have all girls but game runs much much more smoothly. Thats mean (I think) It`s not a game fault but Steam itself. On Steam I play for only one reason and it`s a english language, I like these event cutscenes and etc. if not this reason Steam would fly away from my computer the first and only after that a game.

Sorry for the confusion! I'm not exactly on Steam, I use the Johren version for that reason, the Steam client program would cause so much more lag for me! Sorry ? I got used to call it Steam version because Johren's is a direct copy of Steam's, and Johren is barely mentioned in this forum, so to specify my mods compatibility or game issues I have gotten used to say I'm on Steam instead of Johren or international/english version.

I wish you could import the save data so you guys could give Johren a try without having to start all over again. You can even close the Johren client after the game is launched, unlike Steam and DMM games, and on top of that those two programs have so much stuff in them, Johren is just this:

 

I think overall the english version is just buggy/not very improved compared to DMM. I understand that we are 2 years behind on content, but what I don't understand is, why we can't get other stuff available in DMM that isn't costumes/items, like being able to rotate girls when they pose or other Quality of Life improvements that DMM already has. For example why the hell did we get Koharu but not the Hot Spring yet? Lessons are so useless, they've had over one year to port the Hot Spring to the english version, I guess they were busy making sure Koharu was ready on time for us to spend $$ on her birthday gacha... I even heard that some events were skipped on the English version to have better timing for Koharu's event so I was convinced we would have the Hot Spring by now, but nope... I can only hope the update will come soon and will also improve the rest of the game, and that's why it's taking so long?

If by chance you use the Video Mod I made for the owner room's video screen, it will cause massive lag if it's playing a video (on the first play-through of a video). You could disable the mod or replace the video frames with much smaller resolution versions.

DMM client you can close too after launching a game but for me when I tested game itself it`s a small difference in game performance. DMM not so gluttonous how Steam is for system performance. And yes I don`t understand too why they skip hot spring so long

I actually thought you had some magic mod installed that made the game faster by pressing ALT cause I had never heard of it before lol, is that seriously a known thing, or does it only happen to you as far as you know? Could it be you're enabling/disabling an especially heavy mod by pressing ALT? I'm assuming no, since you know well which mods you have and if any use ALT, since you just installed them again. All I can say is, the magic turbo button doesn't work on Johren ?

I learned about holding ALT from this forum, someone once wrote that they have it turned on as a "sticky key" when playing, I checked and it worked for my.

But why it helps, I don't know. All I know is that without mods the game runs smoothly, and the more mods it starts to slow down, e.g. in Hitomi's video when she feeds the owner, her voice precedes her lips by a few seconds. I'm starting to regret that I tried to upgrade the hardware, not only that now the delay is greater, but also one of my old HDD started beeping. And on top of that, it was supposed to be just towels and I wanted to skip this gache completely, they gave one more cooler outfit so now I'm probably gona try to draw something and where did the onsen go?

I'm having the same problem with this game.

The game slows down when the mod (d3d11.dll) is enabled, and the game speeds up when the ALT key is pressed.

Looking at the task manager when the mod is enabled, I found that the GPU usage rate increased when I pressed the ALT key.

(When MOD was enabled, the GPU usage rate was lower than when MOD was disabled.)

My video card is RTX3070 and my game client is DMM JP.
