Hey guys I was wondering if anyone knew how to solve this mystery. As you can see by te image below there is a strange shadow effect on the thighs of the woman getting plowed. It's like odd shadow stripes going down her leg...is this normal? I ask bc no matter what enb I use I get the same effect. I'm guessing it's the mesh that causes it but I don't know. It's like not smooth or something. I use the cbbe clams of skyrim body from bodyslide MAK body type. Anywho... Thank you for your time. :)

That's not shadow, that's the mesh. Not enough polys in that area/at that angle is my guess, but you can sure of it with either twf command or look at it in Nifskope vertices view at similar angles.

You can try setting the SS a little higher and reduce the saturation/translucency for the skin to see if it will help. Not sure it will, but it might.

Betting you can't see it when dead-straight.

Ok I definitely appreciate the advice. I'm going to see if these any of that works. Thank you Pauduan :)

Low quality mesh.

Hmmm so I guess I have to find a high quality mesh with working vagina. Thank you Dark. :)

it looks like Low poly mesh and/or tangent space/normals problems.

Because of the quote response I took a second peak and would confirm what MadMansGun stated, before replacing your mesh, just check out the normal map being used for that mesh as those lines we see have edges and those 'edges' are actually quite smooth themselves which is a bit weird, no one would normally model a mesh that way, so very well could be a normal map issue.

1. Too busy staring at that jank ass hip deformation to notice the shadow

2. before doing anything else set your shadow bias to 1, even if your other settings are "ultra" or better

3. make sure your [shadow] settings in your enb are set correctly, especially dithering and blur, and make sure if your enb has weather files that the settings are uniform for whatever cell you're in interior or not.

4. make sure the normal you're using is uncompressed.

As for "shit low poly mesh" that's pretty lol considering that the mesh is one of two that everyone and their dog is using except for those few users that have made their own bodies.

I'll take a look at my shadow settings and follow the advice bc I tested several different body types UUNP and Cbbe and they had the same problem so it's most likely my settings. Thanks again you guys.

Jank ass hip formation? :(

The little pointy thing on the right hip joint, caused by vertices bending out of the body. No solution possible because Skyrim engine cannot make vertices disappear in Z-plane - so even if not visible in your rig or render, it will show up in-game.

All Bodyslide-created bodies have vertex limitations and the body creator has to decide where he wants to sacrifice the triangle count. It is not possible to have extreme morphs and unlimited vertices. So one has to choose. UUNP and its variants are not immune, they have issues in the arm area as well as hips. Custom bodies are the only way out, but then you lose the variety of armors and clothes.

Here is the UUNP Chinese body, as you see if a skin is highly translucent and the lighting is about right, you'll be able to see the wrap lines.

fyi: when i say "normals" i'm not talking about textures.

I'm rather aware which is why I brought up the textures as well.

4 weights per vert

Hips are rather easily fixed by removing belly stuff, pick your poison.

Ahhhh I see. Thanks for clearing that up. :)

Do you mean if I got rid of the belly bone in bodyslide the hips won't have egdes any more and be curved like they should be?

You'll have to do that and repaint the weights, but yes, they'll curve better. Given how low poly COS is you're still going to be working with a limited "canvas" in terms of deformation.
