Like Angeltenrih said, it's the Vampire Race Reloaded by Bella. The dance animation is part of Dance Synchronizer 4.0.

Writing down over 400 clothes & armors + weapons would take a while. Also it's not PART 4 but Release 4 (includes all previous compilations ) So all you need to do is download both parts unzip them and you will get file 420mb omod ready. Then just double click to load it to mod manager and active it. This will take a while since 420mb will unzip to over 2.3gb After that you will have 2 eps. AIR.auto will add EVERYTHING to your inventory so that's bad idea. Second esp will spawn barrel near door in IC Market District.
