The read me says "bows are in a chest in Talos Plaza District" but I can't find it. Thanks in advance. It's a little difficult to see, but not so hard to track down (a minute or two of searching brought it to me). The difficult part is in that the "chest" is rather small, about the size of a Vanilla Jewelry Box. If you go to the foot of the dragon statue in the middle of Talos Plaza, you'll see it. Just found it. That's a "chest" alright lol:D. THANKS!
