You have two options to fix it. The first and easiest is to get a different texture for the body and use that instead. The hard way is to open the texture in photoshop or GIMP or some other program and manually match the colors. If you're really unlucky, it's also possible that something is wrong with the body mesh you're using that's causing a bad seam right there. Try loading up a different texture for that body and see if the color difference is fixed or if it's still so obvious.
