Animations Error? (installed but missing)

Hi, this is a repost of a post I put into the wrong forum )

 

Basically, everything is installed- FOMM and NVSE Extender, Breezes Bodys, BNB compatible skeleton etc and number of the sexout specific plugins, (with the exception of sexoutlust as that caused the game to crash during the initial load) here're a couple of amusing screenshots to demonstrate the problem.

 

 

 

 

 

Putting it simply, everything works and there aren't any crashes and the player "experiences" sexout (scanners and drugs and encounters), but the animations just don't play.

 

Also while the animations aren't playing in general, i'm getting a strange nameless popup during the sequence when the companion and powder gangers are "interacted with", like so:

(i played around with the list a few times to see if reordering sexout compatible mods would make any difference with the animations, specifically the Mikoto ones and NPC Project ((which only touches Freeside)), and it didn't. The ones highlighted in bold are the mods directly downloaded from and for sexout)

Try disabling your pose mods. A lot of them don't play nice with NG - there's a bit in NG's OP that mentions that, and also a possible way of making it work anyhow.

If that doesn't do the trick, try cutting down on the number of active esp's.

1) Is the extender in the correct location? If you used the current sexoutNG (2.4.67) it should be because it is installed automatically now. However, verify. Should be in the "..steamapps/fallout new vegas/data/nvse/plugins/" folder.

 

2) The accessory files in the SCR in most cases do not need the esp installed or active. Things like VegasChokers have related esps. Disable the esp through FOMM/NMM, or manually remove the esp from the data folder.

 

3) Noticed Pinup Poser in your list. Dance and pose packs can cause issues with Sexout. Try disabling the esps on those as well for an initial test. I believe there is a fix you can do related to the knockdown idle using FNVEdit. Do a search here for that info. I don't use the pose/dance packs except slave in pose, and only in relation to the Slave Jail mod (Nexus) and it does not need the esp active, so I've never had to do the knockdown idle fix. [EDIT] Yeah, what DoctaSax said above...

 

4) Try moving the Sexout mods (esps only) to the bottom of the list.

 

5) Just to note, BodyByRace can cause issues with Sexout. I was a big proponent for using BBR, but I was having crashing issues when redressing (not every time, but after 4+ sex sessions of any type). Also, every time I quit normally to desktop, I would get a crash notification. The only thing I removed was BBR and those particular CTDs went away. Love the idea for variety, but something about just doesn't agree with Sexout.

 

6) Looks like you are getting to the borderline with the number of mods you have. May not be the issue, but something to watch out for.

 

7) If none of this helps, you have to resort to individual tests (disabling/re-enabling mods to see where the conflict could be). Someone else here may know about conflicts with some of the mods you have.

 

8) FNVEdit may help you determine the actual conflicts. Download from Nexus and follow the instructions. Also search here for info on FNVEdit. I haven't used it yet, but it can find conflicts with mods and help resolve some of them.

That 'off' thing is not coming from any sexout mod that I'm aware of.

 

You need to reduce the number of active mods to zero, and then start enabling them one at a time until the problem starts happening again.

Protip: A surefire way to make sexout NOT WORK is to IGNORE all the instructions and, instead, just download everything you can find.

And the two things prideslayer missed: SexoutProstitutes.esp and SexoutRapers.esp. Both outdated. They've been replaced by SexoutWorkingGirl and SexoutBrutalRapers.

Yeah.. looks like literacyquest is getting another update for SS+SS_C and Prostitute... though this guy is already ignoring the message that DOES come up for Rapers...

 

Go figure. First they ignore the instructions in the forum, then they ignore the warnings in sexout. Time to take a break before I hulkrage.

i wanted to run the breeder mod with the new sexout-ng and with the pregnant v3 mod ...animation was playing before i use breeder v3 and the new ng..it's my own mostake i mixed the files up ..no way the animations will run again ..thanx for the help guys ..i submit
