I see you use the 4play nude suits mod. reinstall that mod and try again. If still an issue, make sure the files are there in the <game>/data/textures/actors/character/nudesuit/basehumanmale/ . There sh ould be 5 files in that folder. Oh wait, you didn't install everything from the nude suits mod. You have to install BOTH the base file AND the fourLei patch. Also, he's updated them to 1.2 so get those. Again, you have to install BOTH the base Nudesuits AND the FourLei compatibility.

I think you might have installed Four-Play Nude Suit's compatibility patch for Four-Lei Plus without installing the base Four-Play Nude Suit. Hopefully, after a few more months, the installation process for a Four-Play playthrough would be much more straightforward and less confusing as it kinda is now, admittedly.

It's a quest from the Autonomy mod. All it does is when there is sexual activity initiated by Autonomy between a couple of NPCs, it will show a quest marker in the compass so you can go watch. That's it. It has to be "checked" in the list of active quests for the marker to appear, otherwise it doesn't do anything.
