I have that same tattoo set for coloring the areola. This is on the defaulted body selection it's not a tattoo or accessory. Ever since I installed Eve, I've had this issue.
Zasz Posted February 27, 2019 Posted February 27, 2019 You can check. Remove everything from your mod folder except the eve skin, start the game, go directly into CAS, create a female sim, select the eve skin and you know for sure if its the skin or the tattoo.

Lol, but in all serious, I believe that is a tattoo overlay by another creator reacting with whatever skin you are using (that also isn't my skin either in that picture, so I can't be 100% sure why it's doing that).
