A.S.I.A. - Sexbots of The Commonwealth [Old-Discontinued]

they are indeed in the same folder

Thanks. Time to let Bethesda in on this. Though I doubt they'll do anything about it. Helping with issues like this (that only they can fix), isn't really one of their strong points LOL

So, even with only A.S.I.A. and the liberty prime armor active, the problem persists. Time for the nuclear option.

I wish I had an answer for you. I don't know what your gaming setup consists of, but the mod is pretty demanding. Even with the textures archived. Sorry for your troubles.....

@operation9 - Have you checked the other mirrored upload link button? You may find them there instead.

Yep, there they are. I thought it was just a different download source, so I didn't get it.

Hey, no problem. My setup involves an i5 and 970, and I can usually run stuff with no problem, so my best guess is that the issue was with either the obscene amount of mods I had or a corrupt file somewhere in there (there being my install, not your mod). To be clear, the nuclear option wasn't to just give up as I really do want to experience the mod, but my issues with this and some other mods has just led me to decide on a clean install of the game.

So the Institute took a thermo-nuclear explosion to the face and I've got no reference to go off of for finding the bunker any suggestions?

So i started a new playthrough with  the Final version and i can confirm that the medic dress is purple for me aswell. This time i also had  KS Hairdos installed since a preset needed it and i

was quite suprised to find out that the army of bots actually isn't intented to be bald xD. Might be good to put that on the OP. Even though it isnt game breaking it sure helps with immersion when they do have hair. Love the Mod so far keep up the great work.

I have a couple of issues with the Gen 1 body, and they only occur with the Gen 1 body. I've been tinkering around for a while now trying to resolve it on my own, but I'm at a loss.

First, the naked Gen 1 body has what looks like a malformed bellybutton--it even appears like that in the BodySlide preview with the ASIA preset.

I understand if the malformed bellybutton is an intentional aesthetic choice for the Gen 1 body; I was just want to make sure it is intentional.

However, that brings me to my next issue, which is clearly not intentional.

When equipping most types of clothing (except for a lot of the EasyGirl stuff) and any type of shoes, the Gen 1 texture flips itself and loses some of its extra trimmings. Oddly, this also fixes the malformed bellybutton previously mentioned.

I haven't seen anyone else mention these yet, so perhaps it's only on my end. Any ideas what would be causing this?

If anyone else is still having issues with Danse becoming hostile to non ASIA characters, I found that disabling the ASIA mod, loading the character you have the issue with and saving, and then enabling the mod again seems to fix the problem.

I met Danse before I enabled the mod again, so if the solution above doesn't work, add this step and see if it works.

Yes. Play through the mod with a new character.

Hmm.... all of the medic dress files are in the archives. There shouldn't be any issues.

You're not having any issues. The Gen 1 navel problem is as issue with the Fortaleza mesh.

As far as the texture flipping goes, I converted the armors included in the mod myself. So if it's not included in the mod, it may not display properly.

https://1drv.ms/i/s!AoqcVPvTSpdhplfpZsz4T18jz2-D Here is a Screenshot of a purple Medic and Physician. Loading the medic dress in Outfit Studio shows the mesh but the texture is grey and says no image.

In relation to the bellybutton issue i noticed that equipping clothes onto a Gen 1 Body, the body changes into a Gen 2 Body which doesnt have the texture issue. Might be because the clothes need/have a cbbe body attached  and gen 1 isnt cbbe while gen 2-4 are. Something similar happens with gloves when equiped the mechanical right hand is switched.

Then you didn't update the mod, and are still using the old texture archive.

These are the files the dress needs. If you don't have the latest archives from the [Final] version, then you don't have these.

Obviously you do not. Because these two shots are of the very same archives in the [Final] download.

Update the mod per the instructions in the OP.

The texture flipping issue has been explained at length. If the clothes you put on a particular body "flip" the body's texture, then that item is not converted for the body you're trying to use it with. Same thing with wearing gloves. Glove meshes typically include the hands mesh, thus covering up the mechanical hand. These are not "issues". It's mod knowledge 101. If something isn't designed to be used with what you're trying to use it with, it isn't going to display right. It's the same principle as trying to wear clothes made for CBBE on a character with a UNP body.

Seriously guys..... read shit. Don't just look at pictures and skim the OP, then rush to download and install. Read EVERYTHING. Further reports of these alleged "issues" will be ignored.

ok so i checked my files and the texture for the dress is there like it should be but just in case downloaded it again, wiped everything clean, reinstalled, made a new character, went back to the facility and the dresses were still purple.  Tried a loose install next but that didnt work either. Tried manual without out NMM still no go. Everything else works like it should i got the armor the body skins the billboards but the dress just dosent want to load Q.Q . Even used the faction change command. So unless the texture is a reward that unlocks at a terminal somewhere im at a loss. I love this Idea though and i realy want to get it to work as intented.

I just found the issue. Bethesda's wonderful archive tool put the material file in the wrong location. To fix it, move the material file (currently in Materials\ASIA Medic\dress1.bgsm) to the following location:

Materials\clothes\ASIA Medic\dress1.bgsm

Sorry for the issue. I'll add this info to the main post.

Fair enough too. There is loads of info in all your posts

But will mention, things like 'op thread' I had no idea what that meant. (still don't)

Finding this thread was simply by browsing downloads, not from being directed to it, unless I missed a link someplace

Anyway enjoying this heaps only other little bug, but inconsequential is when Gen4 the list of options at barber are awfully few and even

then it defaulted to Pipers hairstyle :( When Gen2 I had the entire list, Azur and ...the other big one, forgot whats it called, oops

The second bug is the billboard bug. That's less surprising, because I'm still not sure where to download the texture. I thought *this* was the OP download thread. If not, then where should I go to get the file?

Thanks in advance. Even in the state it's in for me, the mod is tremendous. Sexy robot ladies and plot, all in one package!

Uninstall everything ASIA related from your Data folder.

Re-download the two files on the download page and reinstall.

Then, follow the instructions in the first post (the "OP" or "original post") on the first page of this thread to fix the medic dress AND the "disallowed" issue.

All fixes and workarounds are ALWAYS posted to the very first post in this thread.

Thought i would give this a try. Started a new game everything is working so far except I chose to play on survival. The armor and weapon are a little OP. I am intentionally not using the rifle. I also have 335 carry capacity with my 2 strength character. Also I am unable to fill up water bottles. The option is there but when I select it nothing happens.

You're a machine. And don't worry, many stats (including strength) will go down as you work up through the generational models. The water bottle issue is unrelated to this mod. Filling bottles works fine for me (and no one else has reported this as an issue). I play in survival mode exclusively. I also use a mod that "un-levels" the entire game inside and out, and another that adds MANY more spawns. The entirety of this mod is built around survival mode. So check your load order. If you're using any mod that alters the survival settings, then check those very closely.

In survival mode, durability is paramount to making sure you reach your first available save option (beds, etc...). Dying before that first save results in reloading all the way back to the pre-war bathroom. Hence, the explanation about the armor on the Overseer's terminal. I chose to equip you with the "light" version of the armor, because it was the "least OP" of the four available.

Continue playing through the mod and you'll see. Things get MUCH tougher as you move deeper into the Boston area.

Here are a couple suggestions:

RuleBreaker - An extreme survival mode configuration tool. Adds a TON of customizable survival options. Including player and enemy damage modifiers.

I use Unlevelled Commonwealth, but it's no longer available. However, anything that increases difficulty or de-levels the game should work just as well.

You were correct. I am not sure when my survival mod broke but uninstalling it fixed the issue. I like survival for the needs portion not for combat difficulty. I don't like dying often. I am currently retrying the mod with only gopher's quicksave survival mod.

Thanks for the dress fix. They look much better than in that pink horror. Your work is really good and is a great improvement since iHuman. I'm a little sad that I cannot join the BoS as I loved to stick it to them about me being a bot.

Do you think an optional .esp could disable the BoS antagonism against the player?

Is there an armor initialization chair that will remove all invisible armor from your inventory?  I'm running into weight problems, so I removed every weight bearing item in my inventory as a test (except my unremovable Asia Prime Armor) and still was carrying 163 pounds.  Since the heaviest piece of Asia Prime armor is only 5 pounds I've got about 140 pounds of something in my inventory that doesn't show up.  It seems like anytime I swap armor at a chair it must be leaving something in my inventory.  I tried looking at my inventory through console command but either the command is different from New Vegas or I'm not remembering the correct command syntax cause Fallout 4 said "you must be an idiot, can't run that script"

I need to shed some excess weight because I'm running out of room for ashtrays and coffee cups.

Paying attention to which chairs you use is very important. You need to use EXACTLY the corresponding chair to remove the armor as put it on you.

To see your inventory, scroll out to third person, and then click on yourself in the console and type:

showinventory

You "should" be able to see what you're carrying. Alternatively, you could use one chair after the other. Each chair's script is set to remove ALL instances of any given piece. So it's a bit odd that you're carrying that much.

This is really odd, ShowInventory shows the Asia Prime Chestpiece and boots but does not show the gloves or arm armor which my character is wearing. It also doesn't show any other items hidden in inventory which might have weight.  It's like I've retained the encumbrance from items but they aren't actually there anymore.  Don't know if the fact that I built a type A armor chair in Sanctuary and used it long before I found the CIt Bunker might have an effect or maybe that I started this playthrough on an earlier version of the mod and updated to the [final] version during the playthrough had an effect.  I'm at level 35 now so I can probably limp through this playthrough by only carrying one weapon with about a million rounds of ammo instead of 7 different caliber weapons (I do hate bullet sponges).

Fascinating mod, I feel like I'm close enough to the end of the story that I don't really want to restart at this point so I'll adapt my playstyle.
