I downloaded the latest wickedwhims and now wickedwhims doesnt show up at all.
I'd make a new game, I have no mods installed, my mod folder is literally empty besides wickedwhims
It makes no in-game error, nothing its like its not even there. Just vanilla sims 4.  However it does show that its in the mods when you start the game.

Not only that, but going back to old versions of wickedwhims dont work anymore ether! Going back to an old version I get an non stop error message of "wickedwhims_exception"

Hi All, I'm currently getting MalwareBytes blocking me from downloading anything from https://wicked.cc/mods/

 

With the following alert:

"Website blocked due to suspicious content"
 

With the reasoning:

"Heuristics: suspicious content
Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this page because it may contain malicious activity."

Now, I'm assuming this is likely false positives just due to being .zip files and so on, but I'm fairly new to Sims4 mods and so on, so an abundance of caution makes me hold off on overriding the warning & block... and i wasnt getting the same alert/blocking a week or two ago... so is there a way to verify that everything is safe and/or there isnt something new or newly compromised in the sites files etc?

Both your game and your WickedWhims are outdated.

Updating them should help.

The files I shared  were of the old wickedwhims because those are the only ones that even give an error message. 
With the latest one there is no error message, the game just pretends it doesn't exist.
I didn't up load files of that because It doesn't make an error message for them.  It doesn't make anything. 

Have some faith when people write things like
"I downloaded the lasted wickedwhims ...  it makes no in-game error ...  going back to the old versions ... I get a non stop error"
Half of my post was about  the latest not giving me any indication it exists.

How do you "update" the game?  When reinstalling the game nothing changed and it was connected to the internet when it reinstalled.  
Why would wicked whims stop working regardless of version when it worked before?
If the game is updated it doesnt explain it not working with the newest version
If the game isn't updated it doesn't explain why it stopped working with the older versions.

You say you have the latest version of the mod, but only provide evidence to the contrary.

Of course going to the older version of the mod will cause issues, that's why newer versions of the mod are released every once in a while, to fix the issues that might be discovered or that might arise with a new game patch.

 

I did provide you with all the information you need to start fixing your issue - updating your game and your copy of WW. If any issues arise then, that's something we can work with.

Do you work for EA, is that what this is?  Updated the game and now it , sims 4,  won't open at all because of issues with ea's app/origin
I'll share the file of wicked whims log prior update so you can look at the only numbers can understand at the top of the error, and nothing else, and then tell me that wickedwhims is set up in such away that it retroactively cripples itself if you fall to far behind the ea updates, for some reason. 

I'll admit I dont know what to look for in the error messages.   Which is why im here asking for help instead of posing as an authority.

I was going to try and stress test a larger strip club lot by increasing the dancer employee limit beyond 12. But it's locked to that limit regardless of trying to set it beyond. Is there any possible way to override the max limit 12 ? I tried looking through the tuning file in S4Studio, but I had no luck in locating the limit settings.

Unfortunately I still can't come to any conclusions with an old exception file.

Try running the game with only WickedWhims, nothing else installed and see if you manage to turn it on.

What are the issues with EA App exactly? Can you send a screenshot of the message if one pops up, or describe the issue with more detail.

First, I am very appreciate for all the works on WickedWhims, the curry won't taste anything without spice!
Thank you all for that.

I would like to ask you guys if anyone has the same issue with me, on the Body Selector.
I always set the selector as Native option for the Female top, Respecting to all body type mod creators, but I personally prefer EA breast. 

Sometimes when I update the WickedWhims version, the Female Top - Native Option is missing. The EA breast look turns to be the same as Default Option. And for couple weeks or months, when the next WickedWhims version release, the EA breast comes back.

I tried to remove all the mods and only leave WickedWhims running, The EA Breast Native Option is still missing. (as of the current version 182d, November18th)
I tried to search for the threads as much as I can for this issue, But cannot find anything.

Am I install anything wrong? Is the EA female top native option gone? Is there any mod to bring back EA breast?

Hey guys, I've noticed recently the always accept has stopped working? any ideas?

so im at a loss of what to do, all i have is the latest version of WW and the latest update but whenever i try playing with WW installed my game constantly crashes like every 5-10 min its literally unplayable. ive cleared my caches and repaired the game countless times and when i try playing without WW installed on the same save it runs completely fine and doesnt crash. WW is really the only mod i want but its making my game unplayable. and my gf runs the same mod on her potato laptop and is fine but with my computer with a 4090 cant handle WW for like 5 min

If you do, can you test the game with only WW, no other mods and see if it still crashes?

No I don’t I had removed everything except WW and actually my game continued to crash when I had removed it so I tried doing a fresh install but I got an outdated tunable resource error so I thought that was weird for a fresh install so I just finished ripping out one drive and fixing the directory for documents>the sims 4 gonna try playing that for a bit before adding in WW again

What do you mean that the male characters do not appear?

I've never heard of anything like that happening.

Did you test with only WW, no other mods?

Hi, I am getting this LE with any 185+ version. Works just fine with 184.4. What could be the reason for this LE?
