hello, ive recently updated the game, and some other mods like whickedwhims, and Nisak so there are no more error notification mcc ingame, but the whicked trait dissapear from character creation, even when i create new adult sim, and the sims from ingame just have regular woohoo instead of the downloaded animation, with sex option gone from whicked menu, please help

I am talking about confirmation that you have updated the mod, not anything about the need to reinstall the game. I have encountered various errors on a frequent basis, all of which did not require an update of the game. So you should once again review your game updates, file structure, etc.
If you are glitching the UI, I think you have the last UI exception, so please check that and create a topic and post a LUIE.

Your mod could maybe not have the splits loaded. Are you sure you are keeping the file structure directly in the mod or even one?

Since there are so many errors related to nisa, there must be a mod that is conflicting with nisa or something. please upgrade nisa to ib and test if you have the same problem, or check if other mods are not outdated. A lot of these errors are often caused by old mods.

So i deleted nisa, and still have errors and sims disappearing after sex

I found the cause. @LittleRedSonja  Citation.

That is because you have not removed or updated the mod I told you to a version compatible with your game version: AEP. It is still in your mods folder, ergo you still get similar issues. Like I told you, if there is no compatible updated version for game version 1.96.365 you have to remove that mod and any other mod that you have that is not clearly compatible, updated or cleared by the creator. You can check the status of your mods for example in scarlets list, or directly in every creators webpage:

The Mod List – Scarlet's Realm (scarletsrealm.com) Anything tagged as "unknown" or "broken" has to be removed. 

 

 

Remember also to always delete the cache files (avatarcache and localthumbcache files, located in your sims 4 folder) every time you change something in your mods folder.

Please do not report errors if you keep playing with outdated or broken mods, since the only solution for those errors is, unfortunately, to UPDATE TO A COMPATIBLE VERSION or REMOVE THE MODS IF NO COMPATIBLE VERSION EXIST. There is no other solution, and until you do that you will keep having problems. 

If you are still having issues AFTER you take care of your mods you are very welcome to upload a new recent error file and we will try to help you.

I wish there was a sticky post feature on this site.  Roughly 50% of the problems players report are due to WW addons.  More precisely, rushing to update WW to the latest version before the WW addon authors make their mod compatible with the latest version.

 

If players use WW addon mods, they have to wait to update WW until the WW addon mod authors update their mods to be compatible with the latest version of WW.  Then players can update once all these mods are compatible with each other.

 

I used WW addon mods for a while and eventually decided (for myself) that it wasn't worth all the extra troubleshooting and just use WW only now.

 

Exception errors get posted galore.  If not a result of the above mentioned problem, the cause is often outdated/incompatible mods (and sometimes poorly written mods).  I've even seen players with two versions of WW installed (or duplicate other mods).

 

I have a huge mod list and am happy to be 'exception error' free except for rare occasions.  It is a pain, but I have to check numerous websites to check for mod updates on a regular basis.  Unfortunately, the vast majority of players don't do this!  An update for The Sims or WW comes out and they just expect everything to work (sigh).

 

Having mods in The Sims requires constant effort in keeping everything up-to-date and functioning properly.  The more gameplay mods you have installed, the more expertise is required to make all of it function well.  The Sims reminds me of my days with Skyrim where noob players would throw hundreds of mods into their load order all at once and then throw their hands up in the air when they couldn't get it to work.

 

The key is to start small and SLOWLY build up your mod list and don't add new mods until what you have is functioning 100% correctly.  Then be vigilant in keeping everything up-to-date with matching/compatible versions.

i apparently have like 30 animations not working, when i start the game it says 59/89 (just an example) are currently active. And i was wondering if there was some way to locate the ones not working?

i need to ask is there going to be an update for both soon? i want to re download my mods from here and i am not sure if i should wait for an update if one is going to happen. and if yes could someone tell me when?

I've not heard of any that are messed up, so I would maybe check on Discord or just download them all again. It will also give you the opportunity to maybe put them in folders, within the animations folder, based on creator which can help you narrow things down easier in the future.

its just that when high school years came out "which i never got" it did what this new one didnt and made my mods all funny like it did with high school years . i had to wait a week or so maybe longer for the sims4 update to download my mods again . and just wanted to ask anyone do i have to wiat again this time around ? i am just asking around thats all.

If you don't have the packs for certain animations,like laundry day, they won't show up.

I just updated my WW to the current file and I LOVE the wicked attributes menu! Unfortunately, there are a couple attributes that are greyed out and I can't select them for my sim. Right now the wife is polyamorous but the husband doesn't have the option. How do I change this? Thanks!!

If you continue to use an older version or update, I would suggest not assisting support. You could post a log here to investigate the phenomenon. The best ideal would be to keep the game and WW up to date and test for similar errors with it.

Is anyone having an issue where all opposite Sims are considered "very unattractive' in the Wicked Memories menu? It's been present since the latest patch update/Growing Together, but I have the most recent WW installed. Anyone else? Will there be a fix soon?

Is there a list of mods that are not compatible with wicked whims? If not, can someone list off a few of the most popular ones that are not compatible? I have a tongue error and can't figure out which mod it is.

I assume there some bug with pregnancy one sims my sim had sex with got pregnant, that was despite pregnancy being disabled and having both safe controlled and perfect pill mode checked, I still received pregnancy notification. So guessing new patch version messed something up with safe sex thing, since I don't really have any other scripted mods I can possibly imagine would influence any conflicts with mod. Anyone else noticed the same? Been trying to put other settings to minimum to see if it fixes problem for me, but guessing must be some bug since having pregnancy disabled to overrule  the other settings right?

I'm having an issue where I can not click on my sims to open up the pie menu at all. I removed the mod folder, then played the game. No problems. I could open up the sim's menus this way. So, I added mods back in. It's a WickedWhims problem. When I removed WW, it worked fine. But with WW in, I can't access Sim's menus. I have no idea why this is happening considering yesterday it worked just fine. But, I did try a new game. The problem arose during Cas, after I chose my first household member's traits, it locked me out. I couldn't choose clothing, looks, or traits for any other house hold member. Not sure why, like I said, it worked fine yesterday. And I have not added any mods since. So why would WW be the culprit now? I don't get it. I hope someone else has some suggestions for me to try. This community is very good at helping people out with issues. Thank you for you time, everyone.

In my game, Sims who are nudity enthusiasts are autonomously queueing up Undress Outfit Top but then end up completely naked, but without the naturism moodlet.

 

It's expected for them to be undressing autonomously because I have Random No Context Undressing Autonomy turned on.

 

When I dress them back up and then tell them to undress their outfit top, it only takes off one layer, as you would expect.

 

I just updated to WickedWhims v175d, but I saw this happening with v174h as well.

 

Guess I'll turn off the autonomous undressing for now.

I went ahead and moved the mod file out of sims 4. Then began replacing mods back in. I'm at a quarter of the mods I use to play with. I can play the game now. However, for whatever reason, whenever I try to retrieve a saved household from my library, it breaks the game. Specifically, starting when I change traits around. I ran Twistedmexi's Better Exception's mod, and all it tells me is the commodity_flag error. So I don't run those saved households now. I've actually deleted a few. If I create a household, I seem to be fine. At least, so far. Most of my mods were animations for WW anyway. But I do have some CC, traits, clothing, hair, etc. From what I read, it's a coding issue. Thank you for your response, and if it does happen again, I will post what you asked for.

Hello there! I’m here to ask for help about this problem. You see, I was playing one of my  married sims and wanted them to do the deed,so as usual, I made them do that, but when the animation starts,one of my sims weren’t naked (the husband) and I tried one of the ww.fix_sim_nude_outfit (and I don’t know if I was supposed to restart the game or not,so I stayed).I tried again, and the husband still wasn’t getting naked.Could you tell me why? I’m quite confused.
