in the walkthrough I posted about Silentwood there is the extended part. That extended part is currently only available for patreons top tier. All the rest you can play from the links in the download section.

 

If you played the content of that extended part, then there is nothing new. You need to wait for the next update.

I am playing Thief ver 1.4.2.
Some of the settings listed in the file "\Interface\translations\DogmaEngine_ENGLISH.txt" are not displayed in MCM menu.
I am pasting the Debug item in MCM as a reference.
In the detail screen, you see "$dft_TakeControls", which is not in the MCM file.
I don't think this is a Thief problem, but does anyone know why MCM is out of whack?

I am using ModOrganizer2 and Thief is placed in the highest priority position.
I get the same situation with NewGame.

That's because the English version of the file that Dogma releases has some errors.  I haven't released a translation of v1.4+ yet, but I do fix stuff like that.

 

If you want to just update the ENGLISH.txt file yourself, nothing is stopping you.  Might have to start a new game to get changes to the txt file to appear in the menu.

Instead of having sex with Tolgan in the mine you can convince Risi to do it instead, if you caught her cheating her husband. If Risi fails to appear, the player will have the scene in her place.

There is a bad ending scene if you get caught having sex with Tolgan in the mine

There is also two scenes with the priest Nalion

I thought "DogmaEngine_RUSSIAN.txt" was the original file and re-created ENGLISH.txt using xTranslator.
The "$dft_TakeControl" I described is fixed.
But for example the "HorseCheat" setting does not appear in MCM.
The file "Thief - Achievement 3" is listed, but it does not appear in the MCM list.
The same situation occurs when I start a NewGame.
Is this correct?

The HorseCheat setting was removed quite a few versions ago.  It just remains in the files.

As far as I know, there is no third page of Achievements yet.  Probably added in case it's needed later but disabled until then.

Hey little problem in newest patreon version. There are no moaning sounds from PC. Like none from the very beginning. Files are there everything installed normally like 100 times before in Vikar scene when you need to moan by clicking space to trick Nenya moans are working but nowhere else. Changing from new to old doeasnt work its like mod dont load sound files. Is there a way to force them to play with commands or something?

I just started playing this mod (newest public release one) a few days back, and have noticed the same thing, Just assumed it was how it was suppose to be. Haven't heard a single moan from pc yet. Though I have been able to hear the parts where she's has the Russian voice acting.

No i played this mod since like 0.6 beta i think and moaning sounds were always there it really shows how much work we're put into this with claping sounds matching character movements in sex scene and PC moaning with different sound when she orgasms and grunting when males orgasm and without it it just feels really wierd and lack of moaning wierdly puts me off

You have to first go look into the window of the dudes house then you will be able to ask for help

I just had to start it on a fresh save (level 1) due to being to far along in main game story on first attempt. Haven’t really had any issues as far as level goes. Am now level 2 and about half way through the play through of the mod.

I think it makes more sense if your character is a low level, since most of times she'll have to "bargain" with her body (but optional, there is always a way to advance without sex). If your character is already dragonborn or a Thane, you can still play it, but I think it wouldn't make much sense.

 

There are a few fights, that can be avoided, though. One can be difficult without cheating.

Hello everyone, I have had the same problems as you all with the moaning (I'm not sure which patch caused it to break) but doing this fixed it for me:

 

Go to Thief's MCM and go to the Debug tab.

 

There is an option called "Default Expression" -- click on it and then close the menu, and the moans should be back.

The story was fun and entertaining until I hit Along the Way. I must say this stop is making me consider abandoning the entire questline... I seriously just want to break in and slaughter the entire village and just take what I need by force after what feels like an eternity on that road. lol

This part is an addon, that was added after the main quest was completed. That's why there is a whole new introduction and the pace is slower.

 

If you want to skip this part (since the author is still working on the 2nd part of this addon), reload a save before you lost to the boy in the hot springs and beat him at his game. Then you can continue the quest.
