It is the body model used by default for the sex scenes of the game (so it is the "official" BioWare model), the modder just swapped between the main outfit and that one. Besides, the good point of this (I've already tested the mod) is that BioWare made a complete nude body for female Ryder, I mean, with genitals too, very light mesh, but genitals after all xD
