Animations Not Working

Edit: Many here didn't buy everything at once either at full retail prices.

If I had to do over again I would have got a bundle at first time only.

Base Game

Get Together EP (Biggest world and adds Clubs(WW Sex Cubs), DJ's, Dancing, etc).

Spa Day SP (ads a new type venue with bb massage table and chair, yoga, and skills)+(WW Animations to use the new objects).

 

Once you have Origin Account and purchased at least the base game you will then see other deals or sales come up on occasion.

It's that time again, someone new has an issue with WW animations loading. I will start this by saying I have WW installed exactly as the mod requires, I have downloaded the Amra72, WildGuy, and Motherlode animations. I have tried to place them in the mods folder and in the WW folder that is in the mods folder. Neither way changes the fact that only the default animations are playable. When I load a game and the WW welcome notification comes up it says 4 animations loaded by Amra72, Wildguy, Motherlode, and Turbo. Looking closer the 4 are only the turbo defaults. I have deleted the localthumbcache, I don't have too many folders in folders, I have the latest Sims patch and latest WW version, I only have one version of each animation pack installed. Any ideas how to fix my issue? Thanks for any help.

you are extracting the files I take it?....some are rar and some are zipped....

Yes indeed. All are extracted as normal package files.

Make sure you don't have any rar or zipped files in your mods or ww folder too.....also delete the localthumbcache.package file in your sims 4 folder and also make sure your documents folder isn't linked to one drive....sims 4 and one drive do not get on...

Well some truly unknown wacko shit happened. A second EA>Sims 4>Mods chain appeared on my other drive and I had unknowingly loaded the animations there where the game doesn't actually read then fully. Now that I moved it it's all fixed. I need delete that thing!

Ok, I'll be the next one with problems:
WickedWhims used to work perfectly for me like a year ago, but I started playing the Sims 4 again recently.
I tried the mods, and they didn't work. All the textures, settings and other parts of the mods worked, except animations. Ok, maybe outdated versions? Nah.
I tried uninstalling the Sims 4, and the Sims 4 folder from Documents (the one that includes the mods folder) completely. The folder was completely uninstalled.
I launched the Sims 4, enabled mods and scripts, installed the newest version of WickedWhims, installed it correctly. I only installed the WickedWhims, no other mods. Again, everything else than animations work. Once I start the game, it says both of the mods are enabled.
I have no other The Sims mod-folders on my other hard-drive. There's no mods-folders in my OneDrive. I tried new save files.
How it goes: I click on a place or object, choose who has and who they have intercourse with, they chit-chat, and have the animation of both agreeing. Before they start even walkign to the place I chose, they T-pose for 0.1 seconds, and the sexual act just... Completely disappears. Then after that, if I try the same thing again, I don't have the "Sex..." option in the WickedWhims section. There's only "options". I've tried this with cheats on on couples, who don't have a romantical relationship. And without mods, with couples, who have a romantical relationship.

Wicked doesn't have enough to bother even trying.

 

Animations should be installed in Wicked Animations folder.

Wicked should be installed in Wicked or WickedWhimsMod folder.

Ok, already and update about something I forgot to say:
Nudity doesn't work correctly either. After choosing "undress" the sim T-poses again for 0.1 seconds. Admiring self in front of a mirror undresses the sim though.

I'd try doing an Origin Repair next.

 

Also make sure your drivers are up to date especially graphics.

Try lowering your games graphics settings too.

Ok, I tried repairing the game, downloading an animation pack, clearing Origin cache, updating graphics drivers and lowering graphic settings in the Sims 4. After that I restarted my PC, launched Sims and... Same problem.
Although, after I downloaded the animation pack, I noticed that solo animations work, but any animations involving multiple sims doesn't. Also undressing doesn't work even now.

Also I just chose to do an solo animation on a sofa, chose to undress completely during the animation (both worked), and after that tried to cancel the activity, and it finally gave me the first exception file

Ok wow, Idk how I could be this dumb. I had downloaded the newest version, but accidentally installed older version which I had on my computer too.
But thanks for the help, I definitely wouldn't have noticed it myself, even if it was such a basic mistake. But yeah, now the game works.

I'm having an issue with using the animations, it says I can do animations but when I try to it says I dont have any appropriate sims on the lot? I'm new to downloading animations

NPC sims are probably leaving, walking by, or 'away', so they're not available to pick.

If/when you click on a sim and see the 'Ask to Hang Out' menu it means they aren't available yet.

Use that menu first, but sometimes they will leave anyway so Ask again.

 

Other reasons could be they don't match your sims gender preferences or other conditions like: periods, married, teens, etc.

A few other WW default setting may need to be adjusted.

 

For a quick shortcut to get things working, usually...

WW Settings > Sex Settings > Autonomy Settings > Autonomy Intensity Extreme

It flips some other WW switches to make sex easier with less refusals.

 

The other WW Setting that's Off by default is Teen - Adult Romance.

 

WW Settings/Relationship Settings:
/Personality Settings:(Your Choice)
/Attractiveness Settings: (Your Choice)
Open Relationships: ON (Cheating)
Romance Age: ON (OFF by default.. Now requires game restart after changing)

So I'm not the only one with issue. There's a new patch for WW, v1.65j and I downloaded it with the new patch for Sims 4. Naturally, I updated whatever animations that needed updating too.

Everything works for the basic WW part like being naked and what-not but when you want them to do sexual activities, it just disappears. The characters would both talk about it upon selection what position you want and then they just fist pump the air, stand there and do nothing or go back to do Sim activities like eating chips, chatting etc. 
Then when you go back and click the "Sex" option, nothing is in there except "Settings".

Tried restarting the game, same thing happened. Tried repairing the game and even clear both Sims 4 cache and the entire Origin cache, nothing happened. Nothing works. What the hell is going on even...

Have you tested WW alone without any other Mods/CC yet?

 

As I mentioned in your other thread/post other Mods/CC can block WW Sex from working.
