Animations Not Working

Are you using Sims 4 version 1.55 and WW 145e?

 

Try this as a test:

 

Have an empty mods folder except for the following:

 

TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script

TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package

WW_Anarcis.package

Resource.cfg

 

Backup your resource.cfg file and try using mine (see attachment).

 

Start a new game and test.  Import my WW settings file into WW (see attachment).

I've removed both, yes, but I am still unable to load any animations in-game.

The old CNWW is broken, but yeah WW Kinky and WW pets are breaking WW for some reason if there are no update for it(so keep checking in the forum), sometimes i got group sex interactions stopped all of sudden too even if you uninstall both WW pets and kinky.
Try move all of your WW package animation into Wickedwhimsmod folder, because mine did it and its now working as usual again

I know this is an old thread, but I just saw on the Wicked Whims page that it recommends using WinRAR instead and not 7-Zip to extract files. So try extracting using WinRAR (or one of the other recommended ones for your system on the Wicked Whims, Animation Installation page) to extract. I noticed most of my animations that don't work were the extracted ones.

Extracted animations work.....if your anims have stopped working it's because the new game update has broken ww…..

Same. everything extracted, all package files (Extracted using winrar and I have the licensed version I paid for not even a trail of that) game shows in notices they're all there, but right now only reverse cowgirl and makeout animations work, nothing else.

Just use 7zip 

I have been using it for years and have never had any problems with it at all.

I am currently having this issue as well. The wicked whims mod works fine and comes with its original animations. But ANTHYING else I download does not work. It shows up saying the game has it when you look for it on the start screen. Its all put in correctly. But then in game play it says I don't have any animations.

You are unzipping/extracting the files correctly?

Post a screenshot of your mods folder showing the animations....or failing that check you don't have the unzipped and zipped files in the mods folder....

So I never thought I'd post to a Forum "Hey I have the same problem please help." But every single file is present, I can see them in game, no problem, I cannot use them as it gives the error "Sims Gender or Sex Location Not Compatible." I have the package files in the mod folder (I used WinRaR, the 7z icons are just the windows default) 

And everything seems fine, but the Sims can only use the defaults and like 3 random mods when they're on the bed. 
I hope this states my specific problem clearly, I've been working on this for several hours now.

 

Update: Whicked whims acknowledges I have 83(?) animations from Azmodan on load in but I still cannot use them.

Looks like your files are marked to open with 7zip which is wrong...the game can't read them.....should look like mine....if I click on properties it says opens with unknown application (the game)....try changing it to that....

I also have similar problem, most notably with Lupobianco's animations, some of them are missing such as 7th stage of the "Spite Prequel" animation. I noticed that missing animations use additional animated cum models. Is there some additional package that has to be downloaded for it to work?

I've been having this same problem! I've extracted all the animations from their Zipped Folders yet, they do not show up in my game. The only ones showing up are the one that came with the mod! On the Notepad Document that is named "Installed Animations" says that the other animations I downloaded into my game! Please help!!!

Ok so Imma explain in details what is the issue I’m facing. I did every. single. thing. that you asked for, said, mentioned... and yet, nothing works for playable sims. Only and I insist on ONLY the NPC interactions for sex seem to work. When I try to see which animations I have or want to add them into a playlist, everything shows up ok, BUT when I press on, let’s say, the floor, then I choose the wicked whims thing from the command wheel, and then I choose to have sex with a playable sim, it says CANNOT FIND/LOCATE ANY SIMS NEARBY or sthg like that, for every. single. mf. thing. I have every single animation mod I need, but this is my major issue, I have them, it says they are working fine, my game is up to date, but they won’t work on playable sims, only when I choose to do a solo thing, like teasing, handjob (sorry for the words?) then I try the command “ask to join in...” it tells me NO SIM CAN BE FOUND NEARBY or whatever I’m not near my laptop at the moment of me typing this, excuse me for my lack of knowledge about the exact words showing up, it’s just that the first time I heard about the WW thing was in October or November of 2019 I think, things were golden back then, no complications, no suffering... then I stopped playing for a while, got back into it recently with Eco Lifestyle pack, and tried the mods after I had updated the game and WW several times before, only uselessly, then I decided to focus more on console gaming rather than PC or laptop, the EL pack is very fun and so addictive. Sorry I went out of subj, but please if anyone got what my issue is, please help me out. I have SOME old mods, but I made my research about them, like the p*nis mesh and those, the skin things, they work fine and well... thanks for ur time?

Ok...your game needs updating according to the log file...it's version 1-63-136-1010 now....I'd get rid of the duplicates too....the anim duplicates may cause hiccups....delete localthumbcache.pkg file too...do this every time you add or remove cc or mods...

?ugh. Thanks. They keep updating the sims 4 game every time I get an all in one version ?ugh. It takes me soooo much time to download it assuming we have bad WiFi here. Pfff. But let’s say I kept it how it is, will removing the duplicates make them work? And I’m dreading it will update again in a few days of me getting the new version. Anws thanks. I’ll keep u updated if anything happens. Imma try deleting duplicates tho maybe MAYBE it works??‍♂️

Ive noticed a lot of people are still struggling and I know this is really old but what I did was I went to settings > settings control > reset settings and all of my animations popped up again. If this doesn’t work for you, I’m very sorry, but this is just what I did. I play on Mac and all my animations appeared to be there also, so I only logged in to try and help. I don’t work with ww or anything but- lmao this username too

That's because you have a pirated game, 'All in One", you have to re-download the whole thing every time.

Legal versions only get small patches so we don't need to download the entire game over again.

 

I had crappy DSL before and used to take hours just to download a new EP.

When I bought the original game it took around 18 hours to DL.

300-350KB was my average download speed.

 

Big sales on Sims 4 at Origin right now.

Start with base game and add whatever else you need now or later.

Summer sales are usually the best though for the 50% off deals.

 

Using Mods you really should get the legit game version and save some time and headaches.
