FO4 Clothing Conversions from Skyrim [WIP]

No idea if that has been asked but I've scanned through a few pages and not seen and google doesn't want to help me (admittedly I've not looked hard) but is there a way to make these outfits appear in loot chests throughout the game? I'm not bothered about making NPC's wear them randomly (although that'd be cool) but I'd love to be able to have to search and loot for certain outfits rather than have them all handed to me/crafted.

There's apparantly several chest located at the red rocket station south of sanctuary that has all the outfits in it (helps if you read the location section of Bumex's first post on the first page).

I think he meant was there a way for the outfits to be scattered about randomly in containers throughout the world so it was more organic finding them whilst playing the game. Not sure on whether that would be doable or not

The term that he's referring to is leveled list. This allows an item to be able to be dropped by other NPCs. I think this also applies to whether they show up in stores from vendors and whether you find them in certain chests depending on player level.

 

It's very tedious to set up which is why 90% of clothing/armor mods don't have a leveled list. Also given that Bumex's Sky conversions is super huge....I doubt he would want to add level lists to his items and juggle requests at the same time

If the Sky Outfit conversions used the FO4 CBBE body I'd have a go at converting some of the outfits to Atomic Beauty using the very good conversion guide on page 10 of the Atomic Body thread on the same forum section, but there is a brick to my somewhat limited skill due to me being unable to convert the Skybody to CBBE (every time I try the mesh ends up with four arms in bodyslide and I don't know how to fix this).

 

I will only the ones I'd actually use in game and there's no guarantee my conversions will be any good (I have yet to test any of my private conversions in game) or if I'd actually release them.

Wow me too! I thought it was just me at first. However I get this issue even after unequipping the outfit. This glitch has ruined save games for me I'm using the slim FFB body

Open the project in outfit studio. Scroll down the list of sliders and find the zap you want to change the default for. Hit the pencil button next to the slider. Hit tab. Set the default value to 0 for off and 100 for on. Save project.

found a bug wtih the wings, there are replace the arm's, look at the hands

This issue has already been commented on and the author already said they will fix it. In fact, if you scrolled up a bit you can see it being discussed.

Here is a new .esp that fixes that particular problem.

Just paste it into your data folder to overwrite the old one.

Sorry for the lack of updates lately. Been a bit busy.

There's several more fixes I'll be doing soon like updating all sliders, fixing collars, and adjusting transparencies. Not to mention adding in more outfits! Stay tuned.

Just paste it into your data folder to overwrite the old one.

Worked on mine. Not sure. It's a big file. You can also extract it then paste it all into your data folder. Make sure you activate the plugin in nmm after though.

yeah i dont know whats going on with nmm, its stops at the same % every time too. its like nmm says "peace fucker, dont wanna deal no more" guess a manual install will have too do ^^

how hard would it be to add physics to these outfits?

It would be incredibly easy, it'd just be a time sucker. Not saying I'd do it, but...

Of course I only know how to easily add breast and butt physics

I looked at a tutorial but I'm still pretty new to BS so I get overwhelmed. If I could get breast/butt working once I'd probly start working on them all since they are single slot complete outfits I doubt I'd have to worry about issues from mixing with non phys clothes just want to see the bounce.
