It's a mesh edit of this one https://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims4-accessories-female-gloves/title/[suzue]-daiya-belly-piercing/id/1408380/ made to align with the skin replacement I'm using. Depending on what you use, either the orignal or my edit will work best for you. If not simply editing the mesh in this way is quick and easy.

Thank you. I typically do end up sharing my sims. Though I do (if you look at my uploads this should be pretty obvious) typically prefer to have a full set of outfits done for sims before I upload them, and to upload them in groups of 2-4. Though I do think I have about 3 (including Hannah) ready to go, just need to finish them up.
