You see my Sims are actually in a sex club that has fixed clothes.  The girls have pants outfits, the men (when they're not nude), have skivvies/speedos.  When the club is active, all of the Sims change to the fixed outfits.  They change to the correct outfits but minus the strapons.  I guess I could go into each female Sim and manually put on the strapon accessory, if that's what you're referring to.

 

Edit:  looks like it works; but it would be nice if wasn't just a manual fix every time I wanted to use that accessory.

Why don't you just add the strapon to the club outfits for the girls?

It doesnt in my game. You must have installed something wrong.

Hello, I recently ran into an issue when a strapon is equipped the entire bottom half of my sims body disappears. It only happens with a strapon equipped, is there a way to fix this? Thank you so much

I have never heard of this issue before. make sure you have installed all the strapon files.

My wife and I had trouble getting this strap-on to function properly; whether as an accessory or in regular use. It also doesn’t seem to be set as the default option in the settings.

I use it before a long time ago... but I download the file like one month ago and my sims are even ignoring the animations, when I was like trying to assign  (we use to have like a clothe option when we choose if we want the sims to be all naked or just bottom or tops)

 

So while I was curious I find the option to change the straps and I see none, I went online and most of the people say is broken.... I just me or I need to configure something in wicked whims??

It's not broken. 

You need to configure it trhough WW menu. If you hanent used it for a loooong time, at some point the menu in WW changed. 

Clikc on you sims and choose the strapon you want them to use. Yoiu must also enable it to automatically equip in the main ww menu.

When I try to use the strap on by equipping it from accessories it show that the CC is broken. My sim turns white and red with "?" all over. This usually indicates that it is broken. 

I have used your same strap on for a long time and never had these issues before. Will there be an update?

Actually that indicates that you are missing textures. You need to install all the strapon files for them to work correctly.
