She uses a custom CBBE body i made, alongside that it's also using a custom 3 bone body mesh that has much more advanced breast physics. It's pretty processor intensive particularly in a game that doesn't utilize CPU time very well given it's age. Finally it's also a custom HDT config to help drive those bones on the custom mesh. Glad you like it though. It's literally art in motion lol. 1
