Can try for example the COSHD body to start? Almost everything that is created for CBBE is suitable for it.

UNP Looks dated textures are old CBBE SE Is far nicer all round and more up to date

Yeah. I tried switching to UUNP but it was turning out to be too hard for my current setup. So sticking with CBBE SE.

Jokes aside and my declaration of tastes, I think everyone, mostly seek beauty. Some formats are more suitable than others for that purpose, to argue for it is like two castaways, who fight over which side of the island the water wet more.

There's also an ease of use, what we've all gotten used to and what we find appealing to ourselves.  I've been using CBBE in SSE since I started modding my game.  I switched over to UUNP in LE not long ago, but that was making a concious decision to sit down and down nothing but change over mods for a few hours on a Saturday.  I still haven't gotten the look I want.

Granted, I'm not just talking about the body mods or armours I'm using, I'm also talking about the lighting, textures, and little details in the entire world.  SSE looks way better than LE and part of that is because of the body mod (but only a part, a very small part).

 

Here's a more static pose of my character in SSE with the CBBE body mod (using Big and Strong preset) and the Enhanced Lights and FX mod (along with the ELFX Patches and Bug Fixes).  Multiple images behind a spoiler for easy loading.

I also don't have the issues in SSE that I've been finding in LE.  I'm using Vortex and in LE it's telling me that 86 files aren't linking properly, while SSE only has one redundant mod.  There's issues I'm having in SSE, however, but that's the game itself.  Extremely long load times and a freeze after load.  Some of that is due to the age of my computer, however.

 

Bottom line, I've liked CBBE for some time and have used it extensively in SSE.  It has a large number of armour mods that use it that I also like (such as the remodelled armours of which that Deathbrand armour in the spoiler images is crafted into and the modular Pirate Armour).  The only other body mod I've used before is TBD and the armours for that are few and far between.

If i ever go back to Oldrim id use unp unpb all the way but the fact is there is bodyslide support without any extra work for SE CBBE so its a no brainer for me to use CBBE SE even if i prefer UNP's body
