Its my own skin based on a combination of Mature Skin and Fair Skin and the ENB is Intrigued ENB with Obsidian Weathers.

Natural View Tamriel enb preset for Obsidian Weathers, with Realistic Lighting Overhaul. 

 

Any of the parameters in enb can be modified. I typically adjust the DOF and sharpening to my taste, otherwise this is what you get out of the wrapper with the 3 mods listed above. Also, 4k textures for everything possible.
