I converted the esp and the meshes, then I put UNP Body renewal body replacer and UUNP blessed body and it works. But I have the same concerns as you Makosh.

Optimize facegendata mesh with head parts checked in SSE nifoptimizer....

It's not the mouth, its the facegen mesh, search the mod meshes\...\facegen folder, until you find a folder with the name of the mod with .esp extension (like "npcmod.esp" folder); inside you should have a .nif file, thats the one you should run through SSE optimizer with head parts selected. If you have nifskope, open it first and you'll see the npc head.

But there I almost managed to have Umbra, I'm just bothering with his mouth which remains fixed. It was the same with the Seductress Serana mod that I had been spun. If not; the file to convert, I found it. I launched nifskop and opened the file, there is the head of the character which appears but after I do not know what to do.

Alright, now drag that nif file to SSE optimizer, run optimizer with heads part selected, then copy back to the original folder. Test in game. Make sure to have a copy of that mod in case something goes wrong.

I launched the optimization and here is what I have in message on the Notepad of Optimizer [INFO] NIF version can't be saved with the target version (or already was). Skipping conversion. And when I launch the game after submitting the NIF, it's the same as before.
