2. What 'helm' is the Queen of Chaurus Armor suppose to have? for me its a normal Falmer helm (covered eyes, but mouth uncovered), but the model in the inventory shows a face hugger, and when i talk to people, it acts as if i have a face hugger on (cant speak)

3. Is the Queen of Chaurus Armor suppose to have exposed "holes"? Not sure how others would breed her otherwise :P

Yes, if you want animated parasites, you need to download both mods. Animated worms are not a feature of standalone Kyne’s Blessing.

Also be aware animated parasites can cause instability in some people's game.

Hey, so 139 pages is a lot to read, and I would like a quick answer I would like an answer or link that doesn't involve me sifting through probably over 1k replies

 

I'm trying to infect my character with either version of the chaurus worm, but it keeps saying that my body rejects it and puts me into a bleedout animation for a second while removing the worm. I have the Aspect of the Chaurus effect from carrying some parasitic eggs to completion (Estrus Chaurus+). It gives a 25% resist to disease, is this what's causing my worms to die and fall out?

Turns out I'm stupid, and that including "loverslab" in my google search gets rid of all the research articles.

 

The solution from another thread, in case anyone is having the same problem. It's SL Hormones that's doing it apparently, specifically the immunity value.

Okay so my problem consist of a few things:

1) I cant use the unlock chaurus queen button in the MCM and im stuck because after mating with a chaurus it doesnt give me the face mask and queen armor, So I can't continue the quest any further.

2) I would like to have the quest IDs and item ID's in an easy to find place without going into xEdit to find them and add them myself. OH BTW those two options are unable to be toggled in the MCM

not trying to sound like a dick by any means just been bashing my head into a wall trying to figure this out myself and this is where I couldnt go any further.

 

Edit: I'm wondering if god mode made it have a weird interaction because while trying to speed run through this I had it on and I wonder if that prevented me from getting the spells or armor or whatever is supposed to be given.

Hello, I have a question, I'm using the mod, but I don't know where I can find the parasite. I mean right now I'm doing the primary quest but I still didn't find any parasite and I wanted to know where I can find them.

Find a cave with a bedroll and sleep in it. There's a fixed chance of getting infected every hour you spend sleeping.

 

Either that or have sex with a chaurus or spider.

Alright, I tryed to get a chaurus have sex with me, but nothing happened how I can make that happen?

greetings, dev. You said broodmaiden quest was moved here so my question still stands:
what does the quest bring ? in this case, is it an enslavement by falmers/chaurus or can PC voluntarily become infected/pregnant with falmers/chaurus and have some benefit from it ?

Infection from sex with chaurus/spiders is also based on a percentage chance (maybe except spider eggs, but I’m not sure), so it might also take a few attempts. You can manually adjust the likelihood in the MCM—maybe try setting it to 100% if you really want to check whether it’s working properly or not.

The Broodmaiden quest culminates in you receiving the Chaurus Queen transformation, which gives you a number of powers, such as summoning chaurus and spiders to fight for you. If you want Falmer enslavement, you can download Content Consumer’s Alternate Starts (CCAS), which lets you start off as a Falmer breeding slave (I think you need SexLab Stories though).

I don't have a lot of improvements planned before possibly an epilogue involving 'the other side ...' (or where the Queen comes from).

 

My focus this year is on doing surgery on Dialogues and finishing the main quest for SD+

Check the error logs. They should have messages about what could be missing.

Issues with manual triggers usually means you have something misconfigured with Devious Devices or the mod itself.

You need additional mods to enable creature sex.

 

Mods like Defeat to trigger an attack after they defeat you, or like Sanguine Debauchery+ to make them friendly when you are enslaved by falmers.

 

And of course make sure SexLab Creature Sex animations are turned on for you. They are disabled in SexLab by default.

I have a problem with quest from Danica to release gildergreen root in sanctuary temple. I have facehugger and neddlebane but i dont know what next i try hitting everythink in this location but nothing happen, what i'm doing wrong?

Once you’ve talked to Danica and she’s led you through the trapdoor to the sanctuary beneath the Whiterun temple, you need to equip Nettlebane and take the saw that’s lodged inside the tree roots (take with E—do not hit anything with Nettlebane, it just needs to be equipped in your right hand), inside the cloud of toxic fumes.

Did you ever find a way to stop the spriggan armor from attacking you with its own spell?

 

I'm guessing that the spell is coming from behind the character and so its hitting you before it hits the enemy.  I sometimes hit myself with my own arrows and fireballs when I aim into the sky, so that's my best guess.

 

Or maybe, the enemy is getting instantly infected and you're being attacked by their spriggan armor?

Hey I am having an issue with the mod. The MCM only half works and wont trigger some of the infections. I do not have any visual models for the ones I can get infected with IE Facehugger, and when I turn on 100% infection and get infected with things from like spiders I get text that is saying I am infected or being infested by said worm but then nothing else happens and the MCM stat/quest tab does not update or show any infections. I have been working on this for a few hours now, I have all the required files, have run Body slide and FNIS (everything In devious is essentially working except the rear arm binders those are bugged for some reason). Help Dx Dx Dx Dx

Random question, not sure if it's this mod or if anyone may just be able to help me. My character was walking around Whiterun when suddenly I was equipped with Spriggan arms and a message about spriggan armor. Not sure what happened but now I can't get rid of them. So, is this caused by this mod and if so, how exactly do I get rid of them? I try to go to some of the religious leaders and the message "can you help me get out of this" pop's up but they mention something about a slave... I'm starting to think it's not this mod, but I don't' know. I don't recall seeing them in any mod I downloaded so I'm not sure what happened. Any help would be appreciated.

That might be from this mod. You get the arms, and then later the main body, and then finally your face ( which will also lower your speechcraft so that you might fail persuasion events.)

 

I feel like the armor evolves more quickly when its raining, or when I go swimming. It probably in my head but if water really accelerate the spriggan transformation then that's an amazing feature haha!

I've been looking at issues in this and the SE thread for a couple days trying to correct an issue in my own playthrough on SE, and while I never found the answer to my questions, I have learned enough to answer yours

basically, if you've talked to Danica about other parasites already and have the parasite repellant recipe, taking one of those seems to have a chance to remove some of the "armor". this is just treating the symptoms, though, the root infection was described (way earlier in this thread, I think) as a "managed permanent" condition. in game, if you ask Danica about it, she'll tell you it's a blessing from Kynareth and she won't help you remove it, but you should get a quest pop-up directing you where to go from there. 

you can actually skip all the quest progress stuff entirely though-

talking to Danica will direct you to reading a scroll in her office, which will lead you to talk to the greybeards, which will lead you to finding another book in High Hrothgar, which will finally lead you to their courtyard. on a ledge just past the gate where you're tested on the dash shout, there's an altar of Kynareth with a fertility statue behind it. activate the statue to cure the root infection.

swimming and rain do speed up progression, according to a post earlier in this thread I think. the MCM also lets you set percentage chances, but I've been trying to find a balance for that. everything at 5% seems to halt progress altogether, everything at 6% seems to have me instantly covered in bark. that could just be the effects catching up, though. 

 

granted, I figured all this out when I was troubleshooting issues with the SSE/AE version, not LE. so some stuff could be different, but I'm pretty sure it's mostly the same
