There are many tools to use. Also many here that have skills that can help give you some guidance.

Is there a list of outfit mods that this pack (and Maternity Pack Overkill) covers?
I wonder how many of them are lost, since some of the ones I recognized by file paths are not on Nexus anymore.

Sexout Maternity Mega Pack (now superseeded by Sexout Framework Assortment) is a collection of mods, to ease installation.

Maternity Pack Overkill is 1 of the mods that is included in the mod above.

Question, i found that you can swap the pregnancy body, and where able to swap the nude one using SCR...
but i cant swap the bodies of the pregnancy ones, where do i change that if possible?

this is just a collection of meshes. There is no programming in this mod to use it in the game. The outfits are 'declared' in Sexout Common Resources, And swapping into it (due to pregnancy) is handled in Sexout Pregnancy.

This is basically part of the Sexout Common Resources installation guide, to get Sexout Pregnancy to use the meshes from this mod.

 

Lots of mods have Sexout Pregnancy as a requirement, and therefor this mod as requirement, even if the player isn't interested in the pregnancy-feature.

 

Maternity Pack Overkill (MPO) is an addon of Sexout, with scripts and code and include thousands of extra maternity meshes.  Due to the size and therefor hit on performance, MPO started as an extra mod, so people with older PCs could ignore it.

While MPO works great as an addod, Only Fertile Breeder and it's addons have a hard requirement for it.

If you install Sexout Framework Assortment (SOFA), you get all pregnancy/maternity mods above, plus many more framework mods, in a single installable package.

SOFA doesn't contain 'content mods' like Fertile Breeder, SexoutSex or Sexout Intimacy.
