2Dimm Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 Deathclaws lay eggs, so it's not lore friendly! haha
swmas Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 Deathclaws lay eggs, so it's not lore friendly! haha There are half dogs-half snake creatures in Fallout. Also, are you a biologist, you know for a fact that egg laying and breasts are mutually exclusive?
Kriegera Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 Deathclaws lay eggs, so it's not lore friendly! haha Deathclaws are genetically engineered creatures. It's entirely plausible they don't follow the rules of conventional biology/physiology. Also good effort on the part of the author but it needs a less shitty texture.
Halstrom Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 Deathclaws lay eggs, so it's not lore friendly! hahaYeah, I tried the file and it works, therefore it exists Lore friendly in my Fallout anyway
Mercenary666 Posted October 1, 2016 Posted October 1, 2016 You can never have too many tits in your game.
FauxFurry Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Deathclaws lay eggs, so it's not lore friendly! haha There are at least two known mammalian species that lay eggs, those being Platypuses and Echidnas and those aren't genetically engineered to be humanoid. Pectoral mounted mammaries are far from the strangest or least functional primate traits given to non-primate species through genetic engineering or in works of science fiction/fantasy in general.
Gameplayer Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Deathclaws come from Racoons...Which are mamals and have breasts. It should be called Teets and there should be several more nipples as well.
MrCasual Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 Now we need a dick and a working framework.... I could rig it to the body if someone would make a model.
Daycrist Posted October 3, 2016 Posted October 3, 2016 For all those making statements about the Deathclaws origins and whther they lay eggs or not Deathclaws are a large, agile and strong species of mutant Jackson's Chameleon[1] created through genetic engineering, with the addition of DNA of various other species.[2] However, due to mutation, most have lost their color-changing ability. Deathclaws are very aggressive, territorial, and carnivorous. They typically live in small packs of around eight to twenty members led by an alpha male, who is the only one allowed to mate with the females. Deathclaws are oviparous, with the eggs typically laid in dark, sheltered locations and fiercely guarded by their mother. Jackson's chameleons are sometimes called three-horned chameleons because males possess three brown horns: one on the nose (the rostral horn) and one above each superior orbital ridge above the eyes (preocular horns), somewhat reminiscent of the Jackson's chameleons are sometimes called three-horned chameleons because males possess three brown horns: one on the nose (the rostral horn) and one above each superior orbital ridge above the eyes (preocular horns), somewhat reminiscent of the ceratopsid dinosaur genus Triceratops. The females generally have no horns, or traces of the rostral horn (in the subspecies T. j. jacksonii and T. j. merumontanus). The coloring is usually bright green, with some individual animals having traces of blue and yellow, but like all chameleons, they change color quickly depending on mood, health, and temperature. These are small to medium-sized chameleons. Adult males reach up to 38 cm (15 in) and females up to 25 cm (10 in), but more typical lengths are 15 to 25 cm (6 to 10 in).[4] They have a saw-tooth shaped dorsal ridge and no gular crest. They attain sexual maturity after five months. The lifespan is variable, with males generally living longer than females. dinosaur genus Triceratops. fakeaccount20176 Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 loverslab: arguing about deathclaw with boobs platypus: exists...
Adviser69 Posted June 21, 2019 Posted June 21, 2019 Makes no damn sense from a lore perspective, but funny as hell.

What's to say that the breasts didn't occur on some random part of the body, say hanging off an elbow like old Grandma Moses as result of some strange DNA mutation?

But it didn't, out of pure coincidence it seems, they sprouted in just the right place.
Bloody_Kain Posted September 7, 2020 Posted September 7, 2020 Too bad that they not look like this: or
Arcadia9 Posted October 21, 2020 Posted October 21, 2020 I've actually worked on a series before where there are genetically engineered Human-Dragon hybrids(made for war) that for the most part, look human. If you look at the face and torso. Females were 6', 210lbs on average and men were 6'8"-7'10", 350lbs on average. They have dog legs with human style feet(dogs, horses, dragons stand on their toes), long spined tails, some have wings(noble dryak vs brute dryak, a difference in the dragon DNA used to make them), their arms from the bicep down are fully scaled and their hand end in long, razor sharp claws that they maintain depending on their job in their tribe(warriors have longer claws and those focused on tool use and diplomacy have shorter claws), and despite the humans who made them being considered masters of DNA they opted to have them reproduce the dragon way yet the eggs would hatch prematurely and switch to breast feeding(they fully mature at 6-7 yet their most primitive society has them wait until 10 to reproduce, to avoid over population. They take about 20 days to lay eggs and only need another 12 before they can go at it again. Weird race tbh.) If only there were a mod that would allow something similar to the Dryak. Like a human-deathclaw hybrid. I remember someone calling a sketch of one a 'big strong lizard mommy'. My associates are a strange bunch. Edit, short: The men's horns faced down and forward, like a black dragon from D&D while the women's horns curved up and back with a little wave in the middle. There wasn't any real-life inspiration behind this. Just thought it looked cool.

Indarello Posted January 4, 2021 Posted January 4, 2021 I edited textures and mesh a bit, what you think?
