Notice
This is the BETA, Pre Release Version! Not the final build! I wasn't going to release this, I only released it because some gamers requested to see the over all shape of the Island and wanted to get a feel of it, before I release the official DLC. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

 

How do I get to the Island?
Go to Orphan's Tear, there you will see a new dock area, activate the wheel!

Description
The Forbidden Island is a new upcoming DLC for the Elder Scrolls V Skyrim. It contains over 20 voice actors, 5 new join able factions, a main story to follow, a new arena, over 9 tropical holds/cities, new unique quests, rise the ranks of the Imperial Legion, build your own business and much more.

 

The Final Version Will Feature:
Large new tropical Island (With LOD)
Professionally Crafted
12 New Cities/Holds
New Girlfriends
5+ Join able Factions
50+ Quests
Main Plot to Uncover
New Potions, Spells, food, drinks
Drug Wars, Civil War
Start your own business
and much more.

 

Some of the Cities
Santa Mara - Capital of the Forbidden Island
Oakheart - Poor District natives gather resources from shipwrecks to build their houses etc.
Atlantica - A City in the Center part of the Island where the Arena is located
Eastern Bay City - A City in the Northern East side of the Island, many argonians live there.
North Point - A City in the Northern part of the Island
Athena - A City in the Eastern Southern part of the Island, the finest ladies and the finest inns are located there.
Westeros - A City in the western part of the Island
and much more.

 

Guilds
The Sinistral Elves - A group of elves that lived on the lost Island of Yokuda, they escaped the destruction and some of them landed on the Forbidden Island, they are in a civil war with everyone on the Island. The Imperial Legion - The Strongest force on the Island, they are currently winning the fight, to become an Imperial Legion you will have to fight and climb up the ranks, you will first have to become a Guard of Santa Mara to have a shot to join the Imperial Legion.

 

Guard of Santa Mara - The Guards of Santa Mara are guards that guard the capital, they have connection with the highest force on the Island, the Imperial Legion, the other guards, such as the Easter Bay City Guards, North Point Guards, Westeros Guards, etc don't have connections with the Imperial Legion and are not governed by the Legion, the other guards fought in a civil war to gain independence and they gained their own freedom and now have their own laws and regulations.

 

The Ra Gada Warriors - They are losing the fight, and are going extinct, only a few of them remain on the Island, they hide in the underground city and deep in the woods near North point.

Namira's Cult - The most ruthless guild on the Island, they are also behind the madness that is going on in the Island, the destruction of cities, the disappearances of many innocent people, they worship Namira, and they are also working with the Dremora to bring darkness and destruction upon the Island, they seek to rule the Island with an Iron fist.

It's just for me or what, Steam Workshop says that file is over 600Mb, but download only 140+Mb? Maybe I doing something wrong?

I use Truevision ENB with everything on and a few add-on effects which looks amazing in 4K btw with a GTX 1070 but.. apparently your mod doesn't. The colour is far too strong. Toning it down to vanilla would be nice but I won't be holding my breath waiting for that to happen. I turned off ENB and it looks ok but I won't be making changes to my ENB config any time soon.

 

More content is always a great thing.

I tried when the first showed up and my download failed too.  My internet isn't the fastest because of my location but my experience was similar to described above.  This mod looked really cool to me so I tried pretty hard.  Hope something happens with it.

 

I have never installed anything from Steam simply because I wasn't sure what was going with some that were installed on a machine for me.  I ended up uninstalling those. 

 

I am pretty low level.  Just getting to where I can add things in Creation Kit.  Really having troubles gettting software to work with meshes.
