So i haven't been able to find anything on the problem i seem to be having, i downloaded Nisas hotpatch, but i dont have any animations in game, i didn't before i downloaded it either.

 

When i click anywhere and open the wicked menu, it only shows the exhibitionism submenu, and says 0 animations installed...

 

Anyone else had this problem? and possibly found a solution?

 

And yes i do have animations installed properly, they worked before the latest patch

Animations in the ww folder or separate folder? or loose in the mods folder?

They are loose in the mods folder like they have always been

Some mod was supposed to improve ingredients that I don't even remember downloading. Hasn't been updated in ages. May not even be relevant any more. Surprised it worked as long as it did.

Ok are your ww files in their own folder? or in the mods folder? ww needs to be in it's own folder called WickedWhims Mod in order for the hotfix to work....if not that could be the problem.....Another way is to remove the animations....delete localthhumbcache.pkg file...start a new game....exit without saving...put the animations back(I recommend making a separate animations folder) delete local etc etc again and restarting the game.

Yes WW is in it's own properly named folder, so you are saying that i should make a subfolder in the mods folder for just animations? and they would still work?

I will try deleting the localthumbcache and see if that makes a difference

Ok this worked, by removing the animations and deleting the localthumbcache it cleared it, all animations are now in game again, thank you so much for your help

Well done and yes you can have a folder in mods just for animations....I have and ww works with no problems....also it's a good idea to delete local etc etc each time you add or remove stuff as it keeps the game tidy.....I do it each time I exit the game.

Doesn't that get on your nerves? 

I found that it takes some time to recreate them all, 

CAS has to rebuild the lists and same for the outfit menus and build mode etc

For a while my frame rate kept tanking because of the process to restore all the thumbnails and icons, 

 

I understand why you may do this but the performance hit every time would drive me nuts ?

I did not know that.....wondered why things like outfits took a while to load up....A double D'OH!!! from me and thanks for the heads up.....

No problem! I never really did that before but when I added my own images to cc and they would not show in CAS I had to, 

Then everything had to reload every time I clicked a different category of something, 

Thing is I was only testing at the time and didn't save when I logged out, so it did it again next time! 

It was a few days before the light bulb came on as to why I had to wait a half hr every time lol

Have the sinks disappeared and are you unable to place new ones? If so and if you have scumbumbo's "Don't Wash Dishes Where You Angry Poop" mod, just remove it because it is currently broken.

Nisa made a hotfix because Turbodriver is on vacation until sometime in July.
I think he already updated the mod on his patreon tho! So the public version should be out soon too

Hotfix goes in the mods folder....ww files must be in a folder named WickedWhims Mod otherwise the fix will not work.

I kind of wish Nisa never made it now. It's just going to cause even more confusion when TD releases the public version of the update.

Yup that's true. Though it's nice of her that she did it.

I just wish people would read the instructions more carefully.. I really can't understand why some people are having such big problems..

Anyways, if you have installed the WW version that eneables Objects to be used in animations (I haven't keeped up with the publick version of WW) and you have my animations ( you'd better :-P), you also need to install the Bed Double Dildo device.

When the game loads (change cell, exit CAS) it tries to find that device because my WW animations need it. Since its not there, it says that it is removed. The correct term however would be, it's missing.

 

So Download the Double Dildo Device from here: 

 

TIP: It's in the Azmodan22_Bondage_Devices.zip

 

 

I got it also, so it must be from another animation package.  No big.  I thought it was linked to my underwear settings reverting (which turns out not to be true).  Thanks for the info!
