on both, if i take WW out even with a massive bunch of mods it runs great, put WW back in it instantly bogs down again, take all mods out and run it with WW all by itself and same again

You need the Inappropriate Unlock for that.

I'll see if TURBO has any insight into the issue but it it was more widespread I feel like more people would be reporting it en masse so it's definitely weird.

it probably is but people are not reporting it as they dont see it as broken or havent tested it by itself to see whats causing the issues, i did that because like i said its the only mod i have that hasnt updated for some time so thats why i eliminated everything else by testing till only WW was remaining and it took literally a day of my time, i mean it hasnt updated since july 22nd and we've had at least 2 patches since then that i know of and as we all know EA are world famous for creating patches to screw up mods

WW definitely drags out the game, but it always was the case. I think people who use WW never play without it, so they have nothing to compare with.

its never happen before i have always been able to put a personal video studio lot anywhere thats why i am asking around

Ever since a couple of game updates ago, Sims who get naked (could be to shower, for example) will sometimes get a random hairstyle. See attached screenshots for example.

 

The only fix for this at the moment seems to be to use the ww.modify_bathing_outfit cheat and pick the correct hairstyle for each affected Sim.

 

I tried to get a reliable reproduction by making a new save with a minimal number of mods to see if I could figure out what causes it, but no luck so far.

Wicked whims no longer has the purple sex bar for me to show duration of sex. Also swallow cum is no longer an option under actions during sex, not sure what is affecting it. Recently downloaded wicked traits unleased and affairs, klhas male interactions.

There's a known UI bug, doesn't happen all the time, but it happens a lot, when you start sex, if your needs panel is already open, the purple bar doesn't show. But if you close it, then reopen it (or just switch to a different panel and switch back), then you'll see it. Conversely, once sex is over, you'll probably see the purple bar still there, and have to do the same thing to get ride of it.

It seems to be happening when showering, and if they are nudist enthusiasts and get nude for exercising.

 

I looked at the nudity settings and everything seems to be set properly.

So I went back to doing testing combinations of mods, starting with a new save with my usual mod list, and I got a reproduction with only a few steps. I had a think about which mods might be causing it, and tested with the bare minimum of mods to see what it might be. Again, new save, no fiddling with settings.

 

So far as I could tell, it was something to do with MCCC but I wasn't sure which module so I started with just the few that I consider to be essential and then added back one module at a time.

 

Only MC Cheats, Population and Tuner modules enabled - no hair changes when showering.

Only MC Cheats, Population, Tuner, Woohoo modules enabled - no hair changes when showering.

Only MC Cheats, Population, Pregnancy, Tuner and Woohoo modules enabled - no hair changes when showering.

Only MC Cheats, Occult, Population, Pregnancy, Tuner and Woohoo modules enabled - no hair changes when showering.

Only MC CAS, Cheats, Occult, Population, Pregnancy, Tuner and Woohoo modules enabled - hair changes when showering.

 

I checked MC Settings under the CAS module and there isn't really a setting which would cause this.

I guess I can just leave MC CAS disabled until the problem is fixed.

 

Reproduction steps:

 

1. Start a new save.

2. Delete all Sims using MC Cheats. This doesn't delete the active household.

3. Save the game and reload the save. This step may not be necessary but the save means you can just load from this point instead of doing steps 1 and 2.

4. Travel to a venue like a gym where Sims will lose hygiene and then use showers.

5. The game will populate the world with new Sims to replace the ones which were deleted. When their hygiene gets low enough to shower (just fast forward 2 for a bit) one of them will go and shower and then their hairstyle will change.

 

Apart from WW and the mentioned modules of MCCC, my diagnostic mod list also had:

 

Remove EA Lashes (Kijiko)

3D Lashes - Skin detail version (Kijiko)

No Intro (this one just gets rid of the intro animation of The Sims 4)

Main Menu Refresh No Ads (SimMatically)
