Unwanted facial piercings during shower!

Hey! My sim gets unwanted facial piercings when she changes for a shower. any help would be great! Thanks.

Only during shower?

Or when bathing in general?

Did you change any settings under the Nudity Settings in Wicked Settings?

Specifically those in the Undressing and Undressing → Advanced section?

Cause there are options there that make sure that the Sims' bathing outfit matches accessories etc to what your Sim is actually wearing.
