I don't know how cum layers work, but I'm pretty sure that pregnancy works by rolling a check while the sims are still having sex. That being said, it would be possible for both of the receiving sims to get pregnant during 3p animations

Climax category only works with the next stage, you can´t choose at the beggining... then, will appear in menu Wicked Whims,  or wait for the last normal stage  at the end and the next stage is Climax.

I have been trying to download these animations and it says that it is a solitare 8 theme file. I can't get it work like a rar file. I have win rar from rar lab installed. Thanks for the animations!
