CTD after using UUNP morphs and equipping armor

I was hesitant to use them at first, but I decided to give the in-game UUNP racemenu sliders provided by bodyslide a try. I removed all the armor from my character, adjusted the sliders to my liking, saved the preset and exited racemenu. I then tried to equip one of my armors only to instantly CTD. I tried reloading the game (saving immediately after i made adjustments again) and then tried to equip the armor again. I got a CTD when I only hovered the mouse over the armor that I had favorited in one of the SKYUI equipment slots. 

Any reason why this might be happening? The sliders were working perfectly fine when i adjusted them while my character was clothed. Only when my character was nude and then I equipped the armor did I get a CTD. I'm also using a custom race (Lunari) if it's relevant, but it uses the default skeleton and I made sure that the body it uses was a UUNP HDT body. I am also using the crash fixes plugin (which was supposed to stabilize the game, even with UUNP sliders).

Generally CTD on equip means non compatible skeleton being used and when you try to wear something that has nodes that your skeleton doesn't have it'll cause you to CTD. Make sure nothing has changed with your skeleton custom races usually have to have their skeleton and other files manually altered as they usually use their own files and folders.

 

Also does the crash happen when trying to wear other armors from other mods or just certain ones? A CTD just from your mouse hitting a item name in the inventory generally points to something being messed up in that armor/outfits nif files. I have had that happen before with files sometimes some were ones that I modified but redoing them nif files fixed it.

I figured it out and it was only applying to one armor. Apparently there was an error with checking the "racemenu morphs" tick in bodyslide. For whatever reason, the tri files din't copy correctly into MO's overwrite, so I rebuilt it and that solved the problem.

On an unrelated note I keep getting a CTD when approaching stonehills. I'm currently doing the 3DNPC quest "The teleportation machine"  and I'm at the stage where I need to meet with Aldi at stonehills. If I can't figure out a way to fix the stonehills approach, then I'll just bypass the quest via console, but is there any way to fix this? I've already tried the 31 day cell reset to no avail.

Could be being caused by a mod you have installed. Run TES5EDIT and let it load all your .esm/.esp's into it then click on the + next to your skyrim.esm and go to world space click the + and look and see if any of them have a red background. If they do click the line and look and see what is altering at area. You can also use this to find what cell stonehills is at and see what is all altering that area if you find something that is altering and you can try turning it off and see if that fixes it.

 

You can also look through the cell one as well and see if there is anything there as well.

 

Using console commands might cause problems down the road so it might be a good idea to find out what is causing it.
