Well in essence there is already a mod that adds extra robot parts: Automatron Securitron http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/11910/?

 

For the first part of just adding extra meshes, is just modifying the existing meshes and adding them in a similar fashion as the securitron mod.

The real kicker is going to be the question of how to integrate these parts into the coming sexout4 framework with good sex animations to Boot.

Hopefully work has at least started on some models. But then we still have to wait for animations to  be a thing, and then Sex-Tec to come out, and THEN we'll finally see mods like this.

 

For a second, I kind of thought the idea of a sex bot was odd, like "how would you even fuck that?", but after seeing the Mrs. Pinky picture above, I could see an Assaultron given specially modified rubber face, ass, and crotch parts through the Automatron DLC.

I could even see a mod where you basically have a porn den/brothel in a settlement (or city *Good Neighbor, cough, cough*) that is staffed by human and synth prostitutes, as well as modified Assualtrons and Mrs. Nanny bots to carry out sexual functions on paying guests. The humans, synths, and Assultrons would stand around and look pretty waiting to be picked, or be used as dancers, and the "Mrs. Pinky" bots could man booths with TV's that had porn playing on them...

 

I dunno, just trying to keep the ideas going.

I'd say give it time. It made it's way into Fallout New Vegas at one point. Now with Fallout 4 focusing more on Synth's, it will be added.

That is a bit creepy, but cool. Although I think some wouldn't like to have a minigun shoved inside them "drilling". To myself, it brings a whole new meaning, kill them from the inside out. xDDD
