Since then I've tried downloading and using CAO to straighten it out, but after a bit of tampering with both I couldn't really figure it out. I'd appreciate any information you can give me, even if it's just "I answered this question on (forum page)" and leaving it at that. Either way, thanks for the mod. I realize it's been a while since it was first put out, but once I get it running properly I know I'm going to love it. Your best shot is honestly starting over. (Even beyond verifying game files; just uninstall and delete everything left over). The problem with this shortcut is that if it doesn't work right out of the gate, there's no way to effectively tinker with it. I recommend using Mod Organizer 2 and getting all the requirements (and the requirements of the requirements), which will let you troubleshoot. I appreciate the understanding that my knowledge is rusty lol. I've always hated that Skyrim modding is so hard for new folks, but let me know what the symptoms are when you've done that if it still doesn't work. Edit: Baby Lola has some super newbie friendly material on Little Space. Edited June 30, 2024 by Lucia1
Silkmoth Posted June 30, 2024 Posted June 30, 2024 Much appreciated. I'll dig into it when I get the chance

In retrospect, this particular mod was not hard to get running, providing that the requisite mods were playing ball. This mod I considered a requirement, since this was exactly how my anti-heroine and some followers dressed. Just over two years for me now; I picked up Skyrim in June 2022. Absolutely no regrets; it's a wonderful, beautiful game out of the box, but now, it's a seriously custom fantasy world for a character that started out on tabletop in the 1980s, and gradually went to online, devolving as she went. As of current count, I'm running a mod stack of 171. That includes an eccentric and perverse collection of stuff like 'laser swords', whores and strippers for followers, great, dramatic lighting from LEX, clotheslines in the towns with hanging panties. Cosplay pack stuff including retro shorts and buruma female gym shorts. Never-ending winter with excessive precipitation and lighting. Steampunk, Dwemer trains rumbling in the deeps. Also, bimbofication, prostitution, slavery, vaginal parasites, and torture, if I can get all the animations to fire. That's my one persisting issue, the animations, but it hasn't made the game unplayable. It's what allowed my Kiri to continue to run all over Skyrim in stiletto high-heels, slave hardware, and plastic underpants like some real-time Eric Stanton/Paolo Serpieri high-fantasy adventure. Yep, very weird...I know. You could say it's a very panty-centric world now, But because it's my very specific brand of weird is what's made it fun, and extremely re-playable. Bottom line, Skyrim is the hardest game I've attempted to mod. When Harebrained Schemes released Battletech for PC in April of 2018, I actually dropped mods manually into my game directory; they still work. That's something I could never do without installers like Mod Organizer for Skyrim, not without a serious knowledge level beyond what I have, but I've learned quite a bit in the last 2 years. My experience with the modding has revealed several key issues: -Mainly, there is no real common tier. No 'industry standard'. I can easily find water hoses to replace the old ones on my refrigerator or washer, but not here. Here, the hoses are for different technological bases and designs. The closest we got to an industry standard is Special Edition, and I continue to be grateful that's what Steam was selling at the time. -All modders are not equal: Some find the efficient route for required mods to make theirs work. Others end up making something very roundabout, requiring nearly a dozen other mods, even if two mods are of similar function. -Some modders are not clear on which version(s) of Skyrim their mod is meant to play on. -Some modders poorly label files, so you don't always know what you need/want. That's more of an issue on Nexus, than it is here. -Some mods come out of the box broken, even if it's the right version; SE, etc. -Not all parts (mods) fit together. But my mind was blown at the variety and scale of the modding in the community, and the strength of the fanbase. Don't let anything I posted here discourage anyone from playing and modding. It's a pain in the ass to custom, at least initially. I had to crash it into a wall a couple times to learn the limits. It still backfires, and steers funny at times. ,,,but it runs. Pamp_Lock Posted September 12, 2024 Posted September 12, 2024 @Lucia1 Hi Lucia, thanks for laying out information for newcomers here; I bookmarked this thread a few months ago and am now trying to get started learning everything I will need to know for implementing some existing mods from LittleSpace (and hopefully tinkering with some of my own later). I have a lot of reading back through this thread to get caught up, but also wanted to ask if I could have my request to join LS granted. (I think I’m still under anti-spam restrictions for new accounts sending DMs or updating profile information.) If this isn’t the right place to ask, my apologies.

mr.maan Posted November 22, 2024 Posted November 22, 2024 I have a problem when I equip a diaper in game. The front of the hips clip horribly through the front of the diaper, and there's a huge gap in the back. I've traced this problem to a seeming incompatibility between CBBE Curvy and the CBBE version of the diaper model. If I open both the CBBE body model and the diaper model together into Outfit Studio with all sliders zeroed, the diaper fits correctly. However, if I input the slider settings from the "Curvy" preset into Outfit Studio, I can recreate the clipping. The most obvious offender is the "Hips Forward" slider, which pushes the hips through the front of the diaper, but the larger butt would clip through the back of the diaper if I set the Hips Forward slider to zero. My confusion comes from the description of this mod stating that the CBBE version of the mod is for CBBE Curvy, when the diaper only actually fits on the CBBE model with all sliders zeroed (which is impossible to install through the CBBE Install Wizard. I would have to modify whichever preset I pick to be all sliders set to zero). Have I installed something incorrectly, maybe CBBE?

Wish it hadn't been so long and I could help with actual memory, especially given that you read carefully and don't have it working. Join up on Little Space if you haven't - there are some wizzes over there. There might even be some bodyslide files somewhere deep in this thread. Hope you get it working!
Awsonaut Posted February 9, 2025 Posted February 9, 2025 (edited) Is anyone aware of a 3BA version of this mod that works with SE with working Bodyslide files? I could have sworn that there used to be one, but I can't find it. EDIT: Never mind, I think I must have converted it myself last time.. Edited February 14, 2025 by Awsomonium edit

FurryDivision Posted February 19, 2025 Posted February 19, 2025 is it possible to equip diaper+onesie at the same time?

Someone way back when said that you could put on a 'slim' diaper for the crinkle while having the onesie. The Onesie model has a diaper modeled in by default.
Exploited Kiri Posted February 28, 2025 Posted February 28, 2025 (edited) A collection of more recent screens of this mod. Focusing on my antiheroine, Kiri, who is much more DL rather than AB. Most of the screens are of the HU diaper vinyl, white. The prop that sold me on both getting Skyrim, and beginning my mod adventures (and misadventures) in TES V. Because in RPGs, and most MMORPGs I play, where I go, Kiri soon follows. The huge, white vinyl pants, which made her true appearance possible in the game, as her primary, and often only article of clothing worn. Also seen is the locking version of these pants, and the HU diaper vinyl, black. The white diaper, locking also appears in at least two screens. I’ve added to my mod stack considerably since then, and this is closest representation of Kiri I’ve ever done. Finally getting around to playing an epic and very re-playable RPG, and making a 40-year old very NSFW high fantasy character was the perfect marriage made in the higher (and lower) planes of existence and possibility. Exploited Kiri Posted April 16, 2025 Posted April 16, 2025 Lucia, would you happen to know where to find the pertinent item files for this mod? If I can identify them, I have a fellow collaborator more equipped and versed in 3D software than myself, who would probably mod some of the diapers and pants for me. We're just talking modding texture; new colors or patterns for some of them, possibly some stats,

Some of the textures are hard to work with without a 3d wrapper program like Substance, but they're just hanging out. Stats are controlled in the only file that's not a texture or a .nif. (I don't even remember what file type TES5 uses lol....can you tell it's been 9 years since the original mod released?). Edited April 18, 2025 by Lucia1 1

I did some poking about recently; the NIFs are in the Meshes subfolder, and the DDS are in Textures. There is only one hugediapervinylwhite.dds file, so I assume the reduced-gloss and high-gloss white pants in the HUGE diaper folder are determined by the NIFs. There is a FemaleHugeDiaperVinyl_0.nif file, and a FemaleHugeDiaperVinyl_1.nif in the Huge diaper subfolder. I was looking into this because I wanted to see about adding a few custom huge diaper models into the game. Every item in this mod that can be crafted in game has a specific ingredient list for required items; that is in the DLSkyrim.esp I'm doing semi-educated guessing here. Well then, sounds like you're ready to start trying. The 0 is skinny, the 1 is curvy. I have a vague memory that spec maps are coded into one of the channels of the texture, because even though Skyrim is a 2011 game it was coded like a 2001 game lol. If you rename the files to be the same, you won't even have to rig them up in the game data file.

If you rename the files to be the same, you won't even have to rig them up in the game data file. I was poking through the files in your mod; it seems to me that the ESP controls everything. You have the pants and diapers types, the colors and textures, and whether a given pair has the lock and chains too. So any given pair, I assume, has an ESP entry that uses a combination of the mesh, texture, and sound files. I've been a fan of the sound files since day one. It makes me consider the risks and absurdity of going through Skyrim's most dangerous places dressed like that, I've thought about adjusting the stats on some of the diapers. They're pretty loud via headphones in some of the quiet dark tunnels and ruins, and by rights, they should carry a penalty to stealthiness and lock-picking at least. (That's what Kiri gets for dressing like that in caverns and tunnels). My first attempt will be the the HU white vinyl pair, but with the glossier plastic...just minus the locks and chains- something I was hoping you would have included for each color. The huge blue pair only shows in the mod as the locking pair, despite that you have a standard blue pair among the screens on the mod main page. Anyway, this is the one mod I have loaded that I have a genuine interest in adding in some diaper variants. If I'm right about what I'm seeing the mod subfolders, it would not be that hard to do it *knocks wood*.

A lot of electronic background noise, but that doesn't come through in game. I notice you use reciprocating files to make the left-right-left steps works. Edited April 24, 2025 by Exploited Kiri

I just recorded it with a Wellness Brief 'astronaut' diaper and a microphone and picked different sounds for variety. I recommend not fixing what's not broken, because the file structure for that is absurdly poorly documented in Skyrim. Or at least it was 9 years ago. 1
