Here is the updated SOS to run with AE, binaries was built for 1.5.97, 1.6.353, 1.6.629, 1.6.640 and 1.6.659-gog. The main benefit is the fix for CTD when load order changes, a bug present since original SOS for SE. I'm including the files for users to download and overwrite the original SOS dll, just download the right file for your version and install using mod manager.   There are no changes in code except related to SKSE plugin data, and some "includes" fixed.
