The body I have linked is basically the same as this on the picture, it was first published on a Japanese modding site which I don't recall at the moment. The person who uploaded the image has uploaded other images of the same armor but with thing like the mid-rif section removed. He is using the first mod that winny posted, but it is obvious he has edited them, therefor: private version. Also if you have an issue with the color, the reason your orignal image looks like a light blue is because of lighting. They are the same outfit, the guy just edited them to make them look the way he likes. edit: sorry, the point here is, if you want that version, you will likely have to either edit it in blender/3dsmax and edit the mesh, or ask the author of the pic for a download.

To ask for a download. correction: with minimal knowledge of how to use nifskope, you could remove skirt to get the leotard and cape. No modeling experience needed.
