lordhumongous Posted January 26 Posted January 26 I've managed to resolve the Arlington House crash due to FBZeta by deleting FXBrightSpotFlat from the Arlington House cell in the G.E.C.K. - honestly not sure why that did it but hey, I've got my bobblehead.

Jade is turning into a puddle of moving parts, stretching out to infinity. I have tried disable, and enable, didn't fix. I checked her inventory in console, and found she had 7888 of her police uniform, and several other outfits in the thousands as well. I removed them, and she is still glitching. It's like when you shoot a creature at a long distance, it goes down into the map, and pops up all stretched out. If this helps, more description, when my character "goes down" on her, her rifle keeps blipping on and off so fast its barely visible. I am unsure how to "fix" her. Can anyone give me an idea? * Final note, I was able to finally have sex with the car dealership shocktrooper without crashing. It had to be done as a 3 some, and I had to lead her into the street, but that was the only way. *

What skeleton are you using?

What skeleton are you using? Thank you for replying, I am using the bnb body extender compatibility system 1_2. It just started doing this yesterday, and I have been using bnb for a couple years without this happening. I have been doing this playthrough with breeder installed since 11 10 2025 , and this is a new one for me to have happen. If jade were not essential, I had read to kill the companion and resurrect, but I am unsure if that would work. As I said, I have disabled, enabled, that did not help, and tried to automatic archive invalidating on all files hoping maybe something there may help, but again no. I don't think I did something to cause this in game, so am unsure how to fix it. On my mo2 list, left panel, bnb is listed at the bottom below everything else. UPDATE: It appears I may have fixed Jade turning into a puddle. I took her to the capitol building in DC. I went down the steps, she stayed at the top of the steps. I went across the street and looked back at her in my rifle scope. She was a puddle flopping around again. So, I loaded up my antimat rifle with explosive rounds, and shot her twice. I got a message saying she was unconscious. When she woke up, she came down and across the street to me. She has not done the whole puddle of parts thing since. For now, I will take that as a win. If this problem comes back, and shooting her does not work, I will write back here with results and ask for help again. Thank you for reading and replies. TyphoeusSilver Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Hey for some reason every time i get to the "ambush" point of Zeta over in the cargo bay, the game keeps running but im still stuck in a cutsceen style with no actual coversation happening, anyone have a fix to move on past this point, ive tried reloading earlier saves and it just keeps happening then im stuck looking at the aliens for a riducosly long time
TyphoeusSilver Posted February 20 Posted February 20 ok so i figured out what the issue is if anyone is curious first you need to go into TCL and kill the actually hostil aliens and the turrets in the ceiling, after that go back to where you entered and you can keep going, BUT now i have been running into an issue with FB-Jade's first quest at the ambush he shoots jade and we go "unconsus" but all it dose is loop the animation if anyone has found a fix for that i would be gratefull

TyphoeusSilver Posted February 20 Posted February 20 And now ive run into a third issue ive yet to resolve, but nothing happens after i talk with alan and it dosnt continue on with the quest not sure if the activator is broke or what but for now not much i can do about it unless someone else has foud out the fix
palethanatos Posted April 11 Posted April 11 for some reason the settlers at Megaton keep killing the Bighorner stud there for no reason... no one turns hostile but they keep killing it when I try resurrect it

Tattman Posted June 17 Posted June 17 (edited) Hey all, I ran into some issues with my game, and ended up recompiling TTW and updating it to 3.4 while I was at it because I had asked questions on the ttw site and got snarky responses saying 3.3 was too old and they would not help. Anyway, I have started over and have ran into a major issue. first off, in my inventory I have the milkatron, but no milk amount scanner book. Second, I have never ran into this, but I started zeta to get jade as my companion, and she is NOWHERE to be found. She is not in her holding cell, and I can not find her. Also, the main door (just before the steamworks) to leave the holding cells is locked and it says it requires a key. Sally just says we need to go, so she obviously is unable to unlock the door herself. I can use console to unlock the door, but that does not help with the missing jade issue. I may be forgetting something in the storyline, but I also can not get into the players inventory box to retreive my gear in the room next to the door that is locked. It too says it is locked and needs a key. I DID make a save, and used prid to move jade to me, but when she appeared, she was wearing her black outfit and had her rifle on her back, and said "you came to see me!" She was obviously at rivet city before I used prid to bring her to me. I went back to the previous save because that was obviously the wrong time point for jade to be in zeta. I know I am still using the original working load order, the only thing I changed was the recompiled version of TTW. Can anyone help? UPDATE: I found an old photo of Jades id numbers from Zeta in my phone. I used prid and those numbers, and she popped in. With her there, my item container was unlocked and the door outside also unlocked. Strange, but it worked. Edited June 17 by Tattman clarified

I came across that too. I think it was a glitch, I think one was supposed to be a guy you find with jade for a quest, the other was the real dave.

I am trying to figure out how to get the cyclone armor from wheaton armory, and keep it for Jade. I figured out that you have to go the outcast route for Jade, and tell Casdin you will fetch where he points. You go to the armory, and get the Cyclone Armor. It goes into your bag, and your next quest step is to return it to Casdin. I do that, and he mentions it is made for women, and has an odd belly shape. He gives Jade standard outcast power armor and a minigun. Pepertje mentioned in a spoiler this: "After first escaping Project Purity when the Enclave first shows up, Jade says she'll need some good power armor to beat the Enclave. One of the three options leads you to Weaton Armoury to deck Jade out with some ultra-heavy armor." This is NOT how it is working at all. Casdin takes it and gives standard outcast armor. Any ideas on how to keep the cyclone armor for Jade? Also, on my current ttw playthrough, there is an issue with vault 112 outfits not allowing you to use the pod if pregnant, same with the operation anchorage pod. Neither the neural suit nor the vault 112 are recognized if the player is pregnant and I keep getting told to wear the suit even though it is worn. The pregnant version. Edited July 19 by Tattman

I would save, and reload after each comment made. it was enough to progress the conversation all the way through. Hope that helps.

I don't know if anyone has actually reported this problem yet because reading through every line of the previous comments is kinda time consuming. So I'll ask it here. I recently finished the Zeta questline and chose to release the canisters of the virus to the planet. Since then I've come to notice that no matter who or what I engage with sexually, I cannot get pregnant. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall with a fresh save, all Pregnancy related mods. Nothing seems to work. My next plan is to try and jump saves back to before I released the canisters and continue on without doing it, but I've progressed a fair amount in terms of quests since then. If anyone else has run into this issue or has any suggestions of what could be the problem, please let me know. My best guess is that, if it is indeed because of FBZeta, there's a line of code in there that basically turns off Sexout Pregnancy for the run of the DLC. I don't currently have Fallout installed so I can't check, but I remember doing something along those lines. If you can jump back to before the DLC and verify that it was indeed triggered during Zeta, that could help rule out any other sources of the issue
