%appdata% Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 That makes much more sense. I'm curious about the sub-surface scattering though; I thought that wasn't possible in real time. Fallout 4 is using Screen space subsurface scattering (SSSSS). You can glean some info from http://www.iryoku.com/screen-space-subsurface-scattering some of the modern development acronyms are getting out of hand >.< Am i right in thinking that "Screen space Subsurface Scattering" can just be abbreviated to "Subsurface Scattering" making the acronym (sss)
DixiePig Posted January 9, 2016 Author Posted January 9, 2016 Am i right in thinking that "Screen space Subsurface Scattering" can just be abbreviated to "Subsurface Scattering" making the acronym (sss) Not quite, the "screen space" part is the trick that lets it work in real time. So, within the context of games you'd be fine, but it is distinct from regular old SSS in raytracing.

I saw a demo once with 2 titansX and vray using gpu, even with that the frame could not be render completed in real time.

DixiePig Posted January 10, 2016 Author Posted January 10, 2016 UPDATE: textures could use more attention, but otherwise this is looking ready for release. http://i.imgur.com/x5jR4ld.png However: http://i.imgur.com/Zb9v3h1.png I just did the usual mesh replacer by giving it the same name and folder location as the female vault suit mesh. As a result it seems to have replaced all the female vault suits, including those in vault 81.I liked the idea of having it in the game organically, but this won't do. I'm going to look into .esp creation and see if I can fix this before I release it. In the meantime, if you really can't wait to get your hands on it, I've uploaded an alpha version here:https://mega.nz/#!B0VD3ATC!AodC7NJemzDC6QuIQy2VTy4QiF3mx-qcG8OB5fa3KIQ Again, I encourage critique, especially with regards to the textures.

Guest Posted January 10, 2016 Posted January 10, 2016 for the people that have trouble with the links. Just click the link and then go to your address bar and just delete the first 2 characters. so http://i.imgur.com/x5jR4ld.png becomes this imgur.com/x5jR4ld.png in your address bar.
ShadowGearX Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Looks pretty damn good so far, Idk if anyone noticed this but the arm seems crooked Also, converting went fairly well. The arms and legs are to thin, and I have to do some breast adjustment but for the most part it worked damn good. EDIT: Correction, I didn't notice because no textures load into OS but its def messed up after converting. Original mesh is pretty flat from under the butt down about 3/4 of the thigh so converting just makes this really flat. I'm no pro, just messing around in OS so no idea what would have to be done.
orphennoc Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 its amazing, i dont see nothing wrong with it, in fact works with some mods better than other vault suit mods. can i request the bodyslide you use to make this armor? if its possible of course
Cliffe Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Post it on nexus ? Your gona create a madness ! Tons of love !
ralfetas Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Cool!!! I just download the alpha. If you need help with the esp let me know, i study a lot this days the fo4edit etc...
SBx82 Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Took a crack at making a bodyslide conversion. Clipping issues are bound to be there depending on your personal preset, and the bewbs look kind of weird, but hey I just wanted to try it out. DixiePig, are you ok with this? Thanks!Slooty Jumpsuit CBBE Bodyslide.zip

siframe Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Oh that's NICE! Where did you get the mod that slings your rifle across the PC's back?
Kargrin Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Nice outfit. Ive made an .esp for it: SlootyJumpsuit.esp Craftable on the chemistry station, same stats as the original vaultsuit. The nif patch for it should be meshes\DixiePig\Vault111Suit\FemaleVault111Suit.nif
bloody_revan Posted January 11, 2016 Posted January 11, 2016 Looks fantastic! I looking forward and hope to can fit the suit to my body preset. Thanks again for this excelent work! :-)
