This list contains various games that includes either shown or described pregnancy. The main criteria is that the game must be translated to English. Visual Novels have not been included, since… well they are novels, not games. Ani Quest Has a system of pregnancy system that allows the playable girl to become pregnant during gameplay. Though there is a gynecologist, some have reported never becoming pregnant. Artificial Academy 2 Contains unsafe days, where the female characters will remark on the danger of becoming pregnant. Should it happen the girl will be sent home, and a “bad” end could result. Become Tentacle, Attack the Castle and Impregnate the Girls An old school style game that was translated. When you defeat a boss/girl you can then activate her in your lair to cause pregnancy. BFRPG2 While trapped in the village you have the chance of becoming pregnant, which results in one of the endings. Breeding Season In this management game game you couple different monsters to breed requested types. Collars If the character becomes pregnant during sex with male or futa partners a hospital scene will follow at the end of 3. trimester. Here the farther appears and has dialog specific to the relations of the two. The child's appearance is based on half random and half parent. Corruption of Champions Not only are you able to become pregnant, the system also allows for several perks which increase/decreases your chances. Crusader Kings Includes chance of pregnancy during marriage or affairs. Adding mods such Dark World, Sexual Crusaders, and the AB mod and the sexual possibilities really shine. Cursed A RAGS game, where pregnancy can result after transformation. Caution though, as pregnancy takes nine month game time. ETO - Girl Life Detailed pregnancy system, including all the real manners of prevention. If pregnant the state takes a full nine in-game months. The Fairy, The Succubus, and The Abyss Several of the defeats you suffer in the Abyss can result in rape and pregnancy instead of a game over. Fall of Eden After October you finally were able to become pregnant in the game. This is, as all else in this game, represented through text and data. Haro Tale of a Western Country During sex you can choose to cum inside the girl to make her pregnant, and then use the pregnancy system to breed a child of your choice. Last Valkyrie of dream A new game where pregnancy supposedly occurs (I’ll get back on that one). Legend of Queen Opala Pregnancy is tied to story, and is necessary for some quests to activate. Minna Daisuki Kozukuri Banchou Technically a Visual Novel, but since the game is solely about pregnancy and it is achieved through a small mini-game it somehow made it on the list. Musumakeup Another Illusion title. Here you raise a daughter in the manner which you would like her, and then later can decide to do more, which might result in a child, well another child... Newlife On unsafe days specific descriptions of risk of pregnancy is included in the sex scenes. It also include statistics on current and prior pregnancies. New Vegas Sexout with the pregnancy mod is deep and very customizable. The lore of mutation and endeavour of dominance through reproduction even makes it fit in nicely in the world. For the true fans try Sexout Breeder and Fertile Breeder of this site. Nightstud 3 While trying to have sex with as many woman as you can, you can disregard condoms and risk both STD’s and a pregnancy. Though she merely calls and demand money. Nimin Fetish Fantasies In Nimin the pregnancy can happen as a result of the different sexual encounters your character can undergo. The system calculates pregnancy chance, fertility multiplier, stomach size, length, number of children, their appearance and race. It even includes daycare. Very extensive. Oblivion With Tamago- and Hiyokoclub the mod Lovers with PK fills the game with a very extensive pregnancy system of both animations, system, and even offspring. Rai 7 When conquering the galaxy you can capture and breed with a great harem of women. The game. including the mods, is very extensive, translation isn’t perfect. Saki Quest Has a visual shown pregnancy system like the other Amatsuchyia games. The system is based on the day of the week and sexual encounter. School Dreams This includes both 1-2-3 of the series. All, by Goblinboy, includes descriptions of pregnancy, and of course how that pregnancy can around. Skyrim There are several pregnancy mods available, but the most in depth currently is BeeingFemale, which has a full system, and with the right body mod and addon is complete in every way. Slave Maker During training of your slaves some might become pregnant. This though just something to slow the player down in some regards. Trap Quest Several of the encounters can lead to pregnancy if you’ve chosen it as an character option. Giving birth to some characters child should also change their behavior. Trials in Tainted Space One of the most impressive pregnancy system in regards to the diversity of children and the complexity of the pregnancy system. Also includes postnatal care. Twin Quest Includes pregnancy, but it must be unlocked as the game progresses. Violated Heroine Contains a fully functioning system of reproduction. This includes safe/unsafe days, visual pregnancy, birth, and even children in the game world. Vitamin Quest Playing as an Elf, that only cares about repopulating her kind through sex and offspring, this game is all about the pregnancy. Way The Hanafuda adult game includes the ability to impregnate the girl you train, in which case you’ll have to play her again to give birth… not sure what happens if you lose… Whore Master Your whores/slaves can become pregnant, slightly disrupting their routine. If you have any more games including pregnancy, or think some of these games should be removed, right below and I'll update it in a week tops.

Gestation takes 3 weeks, because of the atmosphere of the fantasy world, and the offspring grow to full maturity in an addition 3 weeks. You can spawn armies of your offspring and use them as soldiers. Pretty crazy. No pregnancy yet, but we'll be able to implement it quicker with more support on our Patreon. Give the demo a try. There are three stages of pregnancy - from small belly to large, fully pregnant belly. Each time you have a vaginal sex with a specific girl, there is a chance that the stage of pregnancy will progress (so it does not depend on time, but on the frequency of sex). Hazumi & The Pregnation The game is mostly prostitution with pregnancy though you can earn money in other ways. Your character can get pregnant, has safe & unsafe days. Contraception is an option. The sex itself is part of the game, and you need to be sufficiently wet, or use lube, to receive vaginal penetration.
