From reading the page you are suppose to ask them about the password in the comment section. Either click the green number next to the pages title on the page or scroll down to the bottom and click the talk bubble with 431+ beside it.

 

Nevercafe mods are almost always like this it's to prevent most people from getting it.

I really don't get it. Why do they password-protect all their crap? A lot of them are just ports and people usually put who the original creator is in anyway if they DO reupload.

 

 

I think it's because a lot of times they are violating copyright/IP by including assets from other games without permission.  For instance RRC Marie Rose supposedly ripped the head .nif mesh straight out of DOA5.

 

The only non-Skyrim game that I know of that explicitly has given permission for its assets to be used in free mods is Tera Online.  Everything else is likely to get banned on Nexus if they are reported (though this often depends on whether some SJW happens to come through and be triggered while the mod is popular), so I suspect these modders try to keep them exclusive to their little communities to minimize the chance of a takedown.
