I can only offer an educated guess: according to this, the guy in South Korean 100 won coin is this.

I really don't get it. Why do they password-protect all their crap? A lot of them are just ports and people usually put who the original creator is in anyway if they DO reupload.

 

 

I think it's because a lot of times they are violating copyright/IP by including assets from other games without permission.  For instance RRC Marie Rose supposedly ripped the head .nif mesh straight out of DOA5.

 

The only non-Skyrim game that I know of that explicitly has given permission for its assets to be used in free mods is Tera Online.  Everything else is likely to get banned on Nexus if they are reported (though this often depends on whether some SJW happens to come through and be triggered while the mod is popular), so I suspect these modders try to keep them exclusive to their little communities to minimize the chance of a takedown.

 

 

Probably. :( I've heard copyright is different in Asia, though. Though that might just be Japan.

Ah yes, Thank you but there no need anymore. I made account and left a comment and it seem the author not trying to make it hard on us or anything like i thought because i left the comment asking for the password in english and he replied with the password.

 

Also pm me guys if you want the password but i really recommend making a naver account and asking the author himself from now on if there a password you want.

You already had the download url. If you go down below all of the pictures there is a link in Korean. Anytime you are connected to Naver Cafe and you actually see the web page detail the download link will be towards the bottom of that page. You just have to click on a few and you will find it.
